I actually think he did well. The rough and gruff approach saying “this is not a game” I think his personality was perfect for this. He could had objected a bit more but I think several times he held his tongue to let the prosecution gang themselves

She has also endured a lot, which of course him seeing his mother do so, has of course added to Kyle’s suffering. Agree with your overall sentiment. In interest of accuracy, while there are actually more deaths by guns per year, there are less deaths by rifles (which includes Ar15s) than by hands and fists.

I think that it was on one of the lawyer streams that I saw where someone just killed another with a skateboard. And we see stories of people getting beaten to death all of the time. The knock out game and gangs on one person kicking and punching...especially to the head. We have a problem with evil. Period.

I heard that too, and I believe it. My husbands brother in law was beaten to death in a bar fight, and that mans brother barely survived his beating. Not that I ever condone threats to a person, but it is worth stating that the prosecution acted appallingly. Their first desire should be for truth and justice and not just winning the case. However, they demonstrated a lack of discernment multiple times, withheld a number of key witnesses, put forward testimonies from unreliable witnesses and lied to the Court. You might expect that from a "lay-lawyer" but this should never be the practice of the prosecution who are held to a higher level of responsibility.

I agree with you entirely. But lets pretend that Kyle didn't shoot Rosenbaum and Rosenbaum didn't kill Kyle when he had the opportunity. Does anyone believe for a moment that Rosenbaum wouldn't have taken the rifle. That would leave a man with some serious mental issues roaming the streets with an AR-15. How on earth could that end well.
