hahahash kdkdkdkd I agree I don't know if it's just me but I've noticed Tangerine looks exactly like Jeffree's Coral Fixation and Vacay kind of looks like Jeffree's Problematic. The Summer glosses look just like the Colourpop My Little Pony glosses.
Really!? I think the reds in the eyeshadow palette she used are very summery reds, oranges and pinks because they are bright and have lots of pink and warm tones. I think if they were less bright, maroon deep reds, I think they would be more fall/winter
Wow. When she opened the palette I was COMPLETELY underwhelmed.. when I think summer I think bright colors... not dark fall colors. Hmmm. Maybe just me? Did you guys think it’s summer vibed?
Nic that was my first thought as well. Nicol used the only actual colors the pallete has in this vid which I appreciate. But nothing about the shadows say "summer collection"
Nic it's funny you say that... I was looking at pictures of Kylie's new collection, and my fiance was by me. He looked over at my phone, and said, "That palette is so dark!". When I told him that it was a summer palette, we both agreed that it's something you'd wear for Fall. My question, though, is where are the yellows?! She has red and yellow packaging.. The palette doesn't make much sense to me.
Not in love with the palette I was so excited I thought it was going to be more vibrant and then it was all orange and warm like no yellow or purple I love that your nails match. I love the vibrant orange in the pallete and the coral but that's about it.
Just Jordan I’m just stating my opinion. It looks very similar to the Blood Sugar pallet. Yes they are different too, I’m not by any means trying to bash Kylie by saying she copied Jeffree. And in the beauty community it doesn’t matter who was working on it first, it’s who launched it first. She had plenty of time to at least change the packaging color to avoid any potential backlash that could come from her pallet looking very similar to another one.
Agreed I think Jeffrey had a much better color range for his though. And his package was named to fit his color scheme. I just don’t see summer in this palette. There were a lot of brown tones and reds/orange. So maybe a sunset but summer I think like water, sun, beach, sweet treats, etc.
I'm gonna be honest and I hope I'm not roasted because of that This summer collection kinda let me down not because the concept wasn't good, but the color scheme doesn't really look incredible or different than palettes already released by other brands... last year's KC summer collection was bomb, everything seemed cool and eye catching But I read somewhere that Kylie is saving them "pops of color" for her birthday collection... anyway, this was a nice review, Nicol
I am really excited about the palette I really wish she would’ve included a yellow shadow I feel like that would’ve been the perfect pop in there! But your look can came out perfect
Madison Paige Makeup Yeeessss. The packaging is so cute but then thr ptodicts have no color story similarities really- nothin summer! No orange, yellow, maybe a type of green..some warm and cool browns and sands, a dash of blue or green woulda been fun! Looks like other palettes out esp Jeffrees and and just...my issue isn't with the PERFORMANCE per se, but I'm not just getting any sort of consistency with the packaging and summer theme within the products themselves :( Kinda disappointed in this one specific review.

Yes we know that the colors aren’t that vibrate. But I think their awesome. They’re very wearable colors, that have little hint of vibrancy to them, but still wearable. Love d this video Nicol!❤️
