YESSS GUYS, I DID IT!
I actually managed to finish this project in time - one which had been sitting half-done on my computer for about 3 months! And pushing myself to actually get it done in time wasn't as bad as I expected!
I kinda always take way longer than I want to editing.
Since I'm turning 21 tomorrow/today on October 6th I felt like doing something special and upload one of my longer Kylo Ren fanvideos. (It even gets to have the exciting premiere feature again whooo!)
I know it's technically nothing special but felt like a good opportunity to finally get this video done lol. And since I'm gonna get some gifts I wanted to treat my equally Kylo-crazy subscribers as well^^)
I REALLY wanted to use this particular song for Kylo as it suits him so well, just like this band's other song called "Darkside" which I've already made a fanvideo with ages ago. It was relatively easy to work with due to the lyrics, even if the ending clips turned out a bit randomly thrown in, as they always are XD. I loved to use Kylo Ren and Rey's Deathstar fight for the mentioned "riptide" and editing the clips for the curse words XD. I'd spoil the video if I talk more about it though, so I'll just say that I like how it turned out in the end. It does always make you feel proud to finish something longer. (Even if I'm feeling exhausted and tired rn so I forced myself to finally upload the video XD)
(Without mentioning that I checked and fixed up the finished video waaaay to many times AGAIN to make it as perfect as possible, even the thumbnail which was a bit harder to do than usual. In the end it was just an unnecessarily stressful and exhausting habit of mine nghhh I need to stop doing this-)
Anyway... Thank you all so much for watching my videos! It makes me so happy to see that someone likes to watch my Kylo edits!
I'll do MEP parts regulary of course and after having more fun again being creative with my own long fanvids after this one I'm trying to push myself to make more (what I definitely don't have is a lack of ideas, I have too many haha).
There are so many songs I still wanna use with Kylo Ren but what I'm definitely gonna do again is a "Christmas Special" for December 24th! About the other stuff... guess you'll just have to wait and see! LOL
