Thank you, Christine. This was a pleasure to watch and listen to. I love the old trees and carpets of pine needles. I know Knyveton Rd from my holidays in Bournemouth from 2003-2016. I always stayed at Cransley hotel. In 1976 I lived in Elgin Road, the home of my au pair family. In 1977 I worked as a chambermaid in Holmcroft hotel at Alumchine and lived in a rented room nearby. The hotel does not exist any longer I found out. But the area is very beautiful too. Like a rain forest. I suppose Hengistbury Head is a bit too far for you? It is spectacular. Greetings from Brussels
My scooter has a 35 mile radius so I could easily get to Hengistbury Head but not to climb it. However, back in '98 when I was fitter, I did film Hengistbury Head to Sandbanks. It's on one of many videos on RU-vid.
@@chrspeters Hengistbury Head to Sandbanks must be a long video. Climbing is impossible. But the nature reserve with the Visitors' Center is very nice - or just where the little train goes.
