I would like to buy a gi uniform 🥋 and don’t no what size or weight or height or brand...I’m 5.10 height and 255 weight, what would you tell a student to buy?
You would wear a size 6 uniform according to your height and weight , if you were to drop about 50 or 60 lbs you could wear a size 5 . I'm a 7th dan Kyokushin instructor and your style of karate would use a certain brand and or color , your instructor should be able to fit you with the right Gi though, if you don't belong to a dojo then just go cheap but effective Century karate uniform size 6 that will cost about $40 , I wouldn't spend a lot of money on a uniform unless dictated by a dojo or organization .
