The second of three tire videos. Foam tires on our local lot was amazing!!!
Tires might just be the solution you seek. Remember that tires matter based on where you spend most your time.
tread - old concrete or true street
touring tread - old or new asphalt and concrete
foam - asphalt
smooth rubber - asphalt ideally and some street

It’s a great kit an affordable. I would run it then modify it one step one part at a time. That way you can enjoy the results each time! Which body are you thinking about using?

Very nice. I was skeptical of foams on pavement at first. It just seems like a bad idea, but all the speed runners and guys like yourself are using them. The performance speaks for itself.

Thanks! The rubber tires hooked up and are probably my favorite. Foams had a predictable yet slight slid which I think can be modded out with a sauce technique. So far rubber with tread on concrete and rubber or foam for asphalt at least for me. I like the allure of foams and have a set ready to burn! Have fun and show us your car on the Facebook page!

I’m lucky enough to have an underground indoor parking garage I run at often and that smoothed out concrete in there is much easier on most tires.

The rubber tires does well on concrete with a bit firm set up on suspension. I’ve got my suspension and diffs set up for soft rubber tires on smooth asphalt and man does it hook. Soft suspension on smooth surface

So very true! Yet depending on where the drivers run these there’s a tire rim combo that will hook. That and the bars! Next vid smooth rubber track tires 😎🤯

No I haven’t but I’m toying with the idea of fabricating or experimenting with a new center shaft solution. I’m just now getting around to editing again. I’ve got my Fazer absolutely hooking now

I got myself some foam tires for mine as well. Man, what a MESS!! They came on black rims, very similar to your white ones, and had a lot more foam on them than yours. I'll assume the shots of your car were taken after you wore the tires down? I've been loving my lil Fazer too! Been working on the Firebird body, but meantime got one of the Kyosho Mustang drift bodies. Looks great, all done for me, and dropped right on perfectly. Wish there was a way I could share pics with you..

Sounds like great times!! Yep they sound like exactly the same tire, I’ll put a link in the description for all the tires I’ve run. I got almost all the way through the 4th pack before running them down to the rims. That was super fun though and that last pack was 3s., which was wild. It would be really cool to see your set up and that body so I’ll get a Facebook page going tomorrow. Good to hear you’ve got it running!
