6:24 the clutch bell needs a maximum of 1mm movement back and forth on the crank shaft. this is to counter all the different metal materials heating up at different rates and thus accounting for expanding. if you remove that movement entirely, the chance of blowing the bearings is very high and can cause run aways(speaking from experience).
Thank you for your comment, totally understand where your coming from when i rebuilt the engine and the bearings settled in I had that small movement,things are coming back to me slowly lol 👍
