@@kishion94 cooked kobe and everybody else in the nba. Top 5 if not top 3 greatest scorers of all time, in a realm with jordan and hakeem. Casuals dont know kyries greatness cause espn hasnt told them that yet! 💯
He slipped that lie in to because he just said Ant was watching him growing up, didn't wanna son him too hard so he lessened the blow by acting like he watched Any too but we all know he wasn't
I mean in high school ant was one of the best players in high school, won the McDonald’s all American. A lot of pros actually watch foreign, college even really competitive high school games. He def could be capping, or just pulled the film to scout for this game
@@DrVonNostrandjust because you weren’t doesn’t mean nobody was. Ant was going viral in highschool for his athleticism so it’s really not surprising that NBA players knew and watched him back then too.
So Durant didn't respect him? They literally joined forces together. LeBron didn't respect him? Kyrie was the one that didn't respect LeBron. Boston...well maybe you're right about his Boston teammates not respecting him.
He’s always had his teammates respect. There’s not a person in the league that doesn’t respect him. He’s always had the nicest game. HE abused the respect he had and ruined Boston and Brooklyn. HE in Boston was unnecessarily hostile with the media when they asked reasonable questions about his free agency or linking with KD. HE was the one who missed 2 weeks during the season without informing the team of his whereabouts. He undermined Nash by saying they didn’t need a coach. When NYC had a vaccine mandate the Nets were supportive of his decision to not get the vax they accommodated him financially but asked him to simply not disrupt the team in his absence. He chose to kick up dust at every turn and it absolutely had an effect on the team. And finally not saying he didn’t have the right to make the post, however we all know how the Jewish community fights back and how the media would press the NBA and the owner and he unequivocally handled it poorly. I’m a HUGE Kyrie fan. He’s like the Lupe Fiasco of Basketball not all the accolades but nobody can deny the skill and not many can go toe to toe. What changed is he’s matured and that has made him a better leader and teammate. For that Kyrie deserves all the credit.
💯 Me too. And, i still remember when it was Kobe calling out MJ. Seems like yesterday. Nice to see young dawgs still rising up. Ant will have his day, sooner than later....
but it wasnt fun at all, lol remember he also said that he's going to lock down the best guard on the opponents team, not only that but i also though ant was implying kyrie cant guard him so he was gonna drop 40 on him.
I mean, he just said “my match up gone be Kyrie”. What’s to take from that? He didn’t call him out or disrespect him. He basically said who his defensive assignment was
lol I found a comment on a kyrie fanpage where some d rider said it were disrespectful and he has been that against kd, murray and kyrie just "humbled" him as a kyrie fan myself, while i dont dick ride him like that and can see that its all competetiveness and respect, theres some people that cant see that.
"We're gonna see what I can do vs him." We all heard it. Ant said "I", not "we". As in "everyone will see what I will do to him". Ant made it personal with that statement. Could have been humble and said "My match up is Kyrie, and we all know what he can do and is capable of, but we are confident in our abilities, and we're gonna give it our all in the conference finals."
@@jasonle2023yo get out of your lil feelins. What did the original comment say, that was inaccurate? He’s defending anyone, if he’s simply pointing out the obvious🤷♂️
Why is the media trying so hard to spin this narrative. He never said “I got Kyrie” in an aggressive or challenging tone. Is the media really this bad?
Kyrie seems to be in a really good head space right now. I really am happy for him to be enjoying his team and situation. It is good to see him smiling a lot!
He just stated that Kyrie was his matchup. He didn't call him out or claim that he was going to shut him down, etc. There was no "call out" or trash talking. Talking heads just blowing stuff out of proportion again. 🙄
@@Red_Ruum he stated his matchup. Again, there was nothing in what he said, or how he said it, that suggested that he was doing anything but stating who he was going to be matched up with during the series. These talking heads are trying to make it seem like he was saying "I'm going to lock Kyrie up" or otherwise talking trash, which he wasn't. They're trying to twist what he said into some kind of challenge.
fr, especially with how the media is trying twist it into Ant talk trash instead of a grown man showing respect and excitement about going against a competitor. They just taught Ant to show no respect, and to trust no one, true villain origin story material
I don't know why the media was so obsessed with what Ant said to the point that they've basically given it a life of its own. Ant was just saying he's going to match up with Kyrie since they're both 2 guards. It's literally just that.
nah that was a name drop you don't call out superstars like that that is a double meaning in sports and ant said it will be fun.. yeah fun to see him gas out
@@ilrosso8612it’s not about being sensitive. They’re just saying something that’s not true. Ant never called anyone out. It’s weird to push a narrative that’s completely wrong.
They are going to blow it out of proportion for ratings, of course they would. You can’t be mad at either party (ky, ant, even the media) for help making the NBA more entertaining.
Oh shut up, it's like this new gen of nba fans don't want games to be entertaining. Yes the media creates narratives but so what? It makes the sport more exiting to watch.
@@xjudoflip7381 Ant's cocky enough to say he would have cooked MJ 1 V 1 just like Ja said, those tik tok kids have no class, no respect, no humility, they sniff their lines of social media's narratives and start believing it.
Kyrie is too good and the only one left with the experience and skills to dominate. These guys all wanna go one on one so they better stick to scheme's
I aint hating on Amt he just aint mutured yet.Luca is a freak been playing with adults his whole life.Kyrie just seems refreshed and hungry especially after stephen A. Smith said he should retire.
What they should do is let him guard him in the 4th Quarter like he did against Jamal Murray 🤷🏿♂️ send those other long defenders at him the other three quarters
?? That’s what happens with your skin when you get older and as you notice when his eyebrows goes up and his makes a expression you will see a perfect line on his forehead certain men and women get that I forgot the name of it buts it’s food for thought
I absolutely LUV IT Ant-Man❤!😀👏 Everything about his approach to the game is reminding me of a young Kobe bean Bryant who had to show not just Michael he's coming for him but the whole damn NBA that im HIM!🤗
32 and still in his prime. My man Kyrie is the so fun and exciting to watch. He's getting much smarter as he's getting older. Prayin for your good health Ky!
Kyrie is the player on the court everybody kno gon give them mad work. I saw Ant trailing him all game 😂.. He didn't even look like he wanted no mo after them 2 layups.
There is no, "I got Kyrie." The only way to slow him down is, "We got Kyrie. All five of us, on any given play." Kyrie is a force of nature. It's awesome seeing him this way, he seems content with all aspects of his life.
