Only heartbreaking bc we don’t watch these short clips of Kobe as jus a time when he did something for another player we watch it as a memory of his life regardless of what the memory is bc of his death, the one man who was bigger than basketball. God bless his and his baby Gigi and the others souls
I really don’t think any of us understand how hard Kyrie took Kobe’s passing. His passion wasn’t the same for the next 2 seasons, I’m happy he seems back to himself but I think all the outside stuff was really mental health related due to losing his close friend, mentor, and idol RIP Kobe and prayers up for Kyrie
He's been playing likes he's been possessed by Kobe in the 4th quarter this season. His 4th quarter scoring average so far is one of the greatest ever. Don't be surprised if there is a magical post season if KD gets healthy and Claxton keeps improving.
I became a kyrie fan when I saw the video of him challenging Kobe to a 1 v 1 and it was how he said it. He was like "I'm not coming over here like a fanboy saying hey Kobe Kobe Kobe, NO!!! Its ME coming up to YOU as a man and saying WADDUP play me" bruh the look in his eyes when he said it, gave me #BlackMamba Vibes
They didn’t play and in the real game the teach schooled the student in front of millions on tv and 10’s of thousands in the stands. Challenge accepted and they both got paid.
@justindefav21 that stat is not right. But I do agree with the first half of your comment. Luka had 7 straight to start this season. And a few more guys have done it 6 times or more. James harden 30 ppg for 32 straight in Houston.
Didn't Kinda....HE DID! Same with Kawhi Same with Giannis Same with All these players. Booker, PG, etc....ALL had their Break Out years, after visiting Mamba Academy! Kawhi won that Championship in Toronto after His summer in Mamba Academy, same with Giannis....Kobe showed him how dominant he can be based off his attributes. Kobe made it a mission to DEBUNK All the false negative narratives they placed on him "He doesn't make players better...." 😂😂😂 something a hater would say, typical. KOBE 🤦🏾♂️....and proceeded to prove haters wrong, but in the GREATEST way possible! He completely changing this era in ways NO ONE ELSE did! He gave back to the Game the ones prior should've! 💯
@@itsonlydirt1994 His last tweet was showing respect to LeBron after he had surpassed him in points. He told him to keep advancing the game. He was really a bro and a mentor to even some of the greatest to ever play.
@@jaydenvert9168 Exactly. MJ never gave his knowledge out freely....instead you had to be "Worthy" of getting any gems from MJ. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, I'm just saying his approach was different. Mj made you earn w.e blessings God had in-store for you. In God's hands, if your truly the next one up....then there's no need for MJ or anyone to get in the way of that. Kobe took it from the stand point, I'm no longer apart of the game, therefore, I no longer have an obligation to keep any gems for myself or my team. Its useless for me to hold anything confidential, that can possibly push the game forward. Theres a duty at being one of the most Greatest players of All-Time, to give back to the game that Brought him so much success and life lessons that made him the better man today! He approached it from the stand point....if I had someone who was successful to give back to him, when he was coming up...then he would be a lot further and had more success in his career. Like Mj became to him. He felt it was his duty to present that to the next generation, and break the stigma of traditional selfish and stubborn greed and false "Code" that the ones before inherited from generation, after generation. He broke that stigma that stunned the revolution of the game for so long! (Pause)
Kobe had something that was just a one in a billion person was taken away from the world way way too soon but it’s reminder that we have to be present you never know when it’s all over and what’s happening now is more important than yesterday and tomorrow
Kyrie has the momba energy now Kobe passed it on to him yall feel kobe within Kyrie every big moment in the nba now!!!!!!! And labron know that!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@derrickjohnson788 First of all this was posted 6 months ago and many people believe he shouldn’t have asked for a trade due to the circumstances at that time. Second…by your logic if you have done something, you can’t advise someone else not to do it! Good luck being a good friend, a brother/sister, and definitely forget about being a good parent!!!!
@@kingsownhand okay it’s not like kyrie went off and did something that was against the rules… you acting like the man committed a crime. Requesting a trade is apart of the business. I know I’m a damn good family member you don’t anything about me. I’m one to always encourage people to fight for what the believe in and I’m sure Kobe woulda told kyrie the same. Stand for what u believe in and if u think being on a different team is what’s best for you then I’ll offer support. Who’s really not logical here? 😅
@@derrickjohnson788 WOW…re-read my post and show me where I am acting like he committed a crime…I’ll wait. Then you skip over what I said “by your logic if you have done something, you can’t advise someone else not to do it.” Why did you not address that? What you just did was move the goalpost.
@@faigavaega5679 Did u even watch the game or u just go off of other low IQ RU-vidrs? How is Jokics 24pts on 8-12, 8 reb 9 assists getting owned lol? I guess we'll just have to wait for the playoffs for u to see who is the truth
Bruh these grown men they don’t give af because kobe like kyrie better i don’t like Kobe I’m not gone switch my mind i stay real and always keep that same energy
Damn bro we miss u kobe, the crazy part is that u can tell the death of kobe affected kyrie more than others,I feel like he hasn't been the same person since kobe passed
I love it. I love how he showed love to kyrie Irvine . Not that kyrie needed to be validated by any means. But to have the late great Kobe Bryant tell the world about the relationship they shared , the advice and knowledge he gained from Kobe, and how gigi knows him. Incredible and beautiful. Rip Kobe n gigi
@@urnansafatmess3605 shit like that is why people dont like us bron fans, cuz u have niggas who never give brons teammates credit, Bron goated but give kyrie his flowers he balled out
