Kyrie has always been a brilliant basketball player. That has never changed. And on the biggest stage, he reminds everyone of that. Kyrie played with Bron and understands when to defer, when to get Luka going, when to give the ball up and when to get himself going. Remember when “experts” dismissed the Mavs and said they wouldn’t work. What those “experts” didn’t account for is the incredibly high IQ these guys both have. The intelligence and awareness they approach the game with. Kyrie and Luka are making this work because of who they are. Especially Kyrie - his poise, maturity, and experience playing deep into the playoffs are all on full display here. Let’s go Mavs!

Lukas Team but Kyrie brought it together and its obvious. Luka has had issues bonding in the locker room and finding a co star thats willing to sacrifice. Kyrie is the guy all Hoopers look at as a dawg and is outspoken so you know the younger guys rock with him. Just a perfect match really. Probably got another 3 years of this too haha

Kayrie plays well with Luka, because he likes Luka as a person and as a player, Luka is a very good guy, not jealous and no Hiden agenda, just wants to play and win. Kayrie got a bad rap because intellectually he was way above all of them, and he ruffled some feathers, but he stood his ground because he has character. Now, with Luka there are no issues, same with the management because he said it him self. Dallas gave him full support not only in the game but also outside the arena, that was very important to him. And that is why now he has a clear mind and he plays his best.
It’s funny the Celtics were WAY better without Kyrie and are going to be in the finals. The mavericks were Way better without KP. Funny how KP makes Boston better and Kyrie makes Dallas better but both were holding championship teams back before the team change.

Nah Luka and kyrie are just better basketball players. Not that complicated. They can become even better. A lot of Jason and Jaylen’s problems are poor shot selection, big turnovers and poor handles. That has nothing to do with chemistry
