OMG!!!! What a fantastically detailed review. There is some serious high quality editing and professional workmanship that has been done in making this awesome review. Keep up the good work, bro!!!
Agreed. I don’t usually like tech reviewers tbh, they’re often too fake and more interested in a flashy background than the actual substance of their video. I like this guy so far though, very genuine and like you said, professional. Someone I can actually take seriously lol
I could not believe it. After your and several other reviews, I got these. HOLY S*&! So, I listened to rando tracks of mine and Brother, Alice in Chains, came on. I've heard this song 100's of times - AT LEAST - since released in '92. I start in, chilly tension builds, feels like im in the studio, phasing is just so lovely, then the chorus kicks and BANG could not only hear the background vocalist crystal clear, I COULD TELL WHO THE SINGER WAS! My brain was like...'uhhhh, is that who I think it is???' Sure as anything (googled it) IT WAS HER - Ann Wilson from Heart! Whaaaaaaaa??!! For me - this is like when Mario snags a mushroom power up into a fantastical sonic portal! I'm in a bit of shock here. OH, AND the volume floor level I listed at is crazy LOW now with these. I can literally begin to hear at (1 to 100 scale, PC) Volume 1, 12 is comfortable level, and 20 is starting to really get busy. This is out of the box, NO custom tips...JUST +/-$49 and my world has forever changed. My hearing clocks low end just above 14Hz and High end just below 15KHz - a bit better than most normal human range. This is by NO MEANS a technical measurement, but self-tested through various means. I'm just a regular Dude, abiding along the way. After super early impression, I would highly recommend these. My next step is the KZ AZ 15 wireless addon! If you're just an average Joe/Jill - there's is no way you will be disappointed with these. Just really affordable and the sound is dynamically impressive!
@@MeghnaaadYES IT IS I've been using a KZ ZSN back when I was in college 2017 its still working up until now, Im not using it anymore I step on it and got cracks so its time to upgrade
that is exactly the issue I had with my ZS10 Pro - and the ZS10 Pro X 100% fixes that issue. I still use them but have recently fallen in love with the VXS Pro (bluetooth 5.3, zero latency).
Things i like Kzs10 pro because its totally fine for any genre of music. How about the" Pro X" build compare to kz s10 pro? Does it sound the same. I'm using kzs10 pro , i had problem with the pin which connects to cable, it easily broken, i don't know how to fix it. Compare Salnotes zero & Pro X, which one would you drop money? I've heard that Salnotes zero tune is fine, but its less or more durable than pro X?
Hello, I bought this last week, and since rocking with it, from music to gaming, I'm in love with it. But recently, I've come across a post where the guy who tested it says the 4 BA drivers are hoaxes; they aren't working, actually. KZ tuned the DD to make it sound like it produces low like BA! Is that true, or what is your thought? Honestly, as an FPS gamer, I absolutely love this pair. I can track the enemy's footsteps and surroundings and notice everything very accurately. Thank you. Nice review.
@@enderfreak7182 true but they really shouldn’t insult their customers that way. There’s enough tech coverage now on RU-vid etc where they don’t need to lie. A new IEM that sounds great will get the attention it deserves, they don’t need to resort to lies. It’ll only make people mistrust them
@@enderfreak7182 I ordered this set earlier today so I’m a bit bummed out to find out they’re possibly scammers. And I did just watch a review of someone saying how “the dynamic driver seems to be doing most of the work” so yeah, does sound suspicious. I guess it’s because these chifi products seem to fly under the radar compared to Sony, Bose, Sennheiser etc. So I guess they can flaunt rules and regulations a little more As long as they sound good, I’ll be keeping them. But I’ve little respect for the company now lol
Hey sorry, totally forgot to reply at the time. And no I’ve never heard the original Pro sadly, but I’ve had these Pro X for a week or so now and they’re amazing. The improvements upon the original Pro that I’ve seen mentioned in reviews are actually my favourite aspects of them. I saw a RU-vidr say how the bass quality’s improved and they’re very wide sounding, both those are why I love them. The bass is really detailed (imo) and they are very wide sounding. And the layering (I think that’s the term - where the seperate instruments etc sound distinct from each other) is really impressive. I’m fairly blown away by how good they are for the £29 I paid. Only thing that bothers me is the eartips, but I think I’m just not used to this design yet
@@enderfreak7182 This isn't technically true, all the drivers do work and actually do something for the sound in some negative frequency way or something where the driver is only used purely to tune in the main driver as a means to cancel out certain frequencies like ANC almost. I think it was only the one IEM where glue was completely sealing the drivers off and this was confirmed to be a mistake. So they didn't really lie, they just didn't use the drivers in the way we assumed they would. They used to to simply tune and support the main driver which must of worked because almost every reviewed those IEM's well and said that they don't sound like a single DD. So KZ do have some merit in being able to push and advance tech in IEM's they actually pioneer a lot of things. It's just they don't communicate well and honestly use their customers are beta testers for their IEM's, see what sticks and what doesn't. Sometimes they release a gem that is 100% worth the buy.
This is the first time I want to buy an IEM, the main use is FPS games (enemy steps) on PC and music occasionally. Recommend zs10 pro or zs10 prox, please answer bro for this doubt 🙏
Very nice video. I have a question. I watch movies on my iPad Pro with AirPods Pro 2. Will using this enhance my movie experience or will be similar to my AirPods Pro 2? Funny question, but an honest one. I’m not an audiophile so I don’t know. Thank you
How would these compare to the ZS6? I love those because of the exciting sound and the old ZS10 just sound flat and inoffensive in comparison. Are the ZS10 PRO X any better?
I ordered a KZ ZS10 PRO X and I'm concerend that the nozzle filter is not durable because it is made of paper and I was expecting a perforated metal sheet. I have Soundpeats T2 wireless earbuds and the filter is already gone because it is just made of plastic screen atteched I think from the factory with just some doyble sided tape. What is your opinion about the paper filter. This KZ ZS10 PRO X is by the way my first IEM. I have not owned or used any before it will be delivered to me this week.
Hi Ian! Great review! I am from the KZ ZSN Pro X and I want another to use for recording and mixing. Would you recommend this one or something else in this price range? Thanks!
I recently purchased both the KZ ZS10 Pro as well as the KZ KS10 Pro X. The fit of the Pro X is not the same. The Pro X felt bulkier and was not as comfortable as the Pro. The bite of the Pro X to my ears was irritating... I absolutely hated it. The Pro to my ears has a smoother and more balanced sound. I could not detect any difference in the low end, both were pleasing and similar. I returned the Pro X's and purchased second pair of Pros to serve as a backup during performances. I read reviews that indicated that Linsoul has changed the Pro X's design... This may be the cause of my experience.
I am looking for headphones with mic to use bigo live sound card with my mobile. But do not know if this KZ Zs10 Pro X is suitable or not? Does it drain the sound card's battery a lot? Which is suitable and better? Want headphones Mic noise cancellation and mic sensitivity are both good.
As for the sound stage and on a gaming level.. I'm in between the older "pro" and the "pro x" model. I have tinnitus and i often have a hard time locating where sounds are coming from when using earbuds and other headphones. Does anyone have experience with both models that could give solid feedback on their experience?
Comparing this IEM with KZ ESX, regarding the sound, which has a wider sound field? Which is bassier? Which is better with sound separation? Hoping for your reply.
which one is better between this and the qkz hbb khan? i am from 7hz zero and looking for a fun iem with big soundstage and details.(that concert speakerbox sound)
Khan isn't good. It's too much bass and made very cheap. I think the gold coin it comes with is like 90% of the cost you are paying for. If you have the Zero why not just EQ it? Already a solid IEM.
The original kz zs10 is known has a piercing sound in high, so is not really nice to wear it in long session of listening music. have grounding electrical issues while used on laptop / PC if they used it in charging mode. Even some seller wouldnt recomend to the buyer to used it with laptop / pc I wanna ask u 1. Is the X has more friendly sound? I Mean less pearcing, n more comfortable to general people to used in long session? 2. Is the grounding issue still sampe there in the X? Is quite scary right to when got electrical shock when using the iem. Just like got hit by eudora hha 3. The original zs10 is the Legendary iem that well known really good to used in FPS gaming, wide sound stage, accurate pin point, and good to hear the enemy step. Is the X has the same taste or it improve? 4. What about the vocal ? Is really sweet and intimate for the female vocal like J-Pop song ? Thank you for this review, hope u like to explain to my question.. God bless you.. have a nice day..
Would u like to explain this sir? I still don't get it? Is it mean the 4 driver is not really used properly like producing separate instrument or what? Thank you.. have a nice day sir..
@@bramyasminramadhan8566 if you see same of the reviews in social media. KZ was buying ba driver for 1 dollar a kilo. So I am talking about low quality drivers that should not even be used. They produce sound of 1% compared to their dd driver so they charged more for iem with 5 drivers. But only the dd driver was the nail focus. The other drivers was there for nothing. So I tested more than 10 iem and all of them was the same. Even the hbb collaboration with the kz went to shit. Type kz fake and you will see how many posts. I had 17 sets of kz. I gave them away. Kz was cheating people . Simple. 1 dd driver I will buy it. With more drivers I will not. I stop trusting the company
@@paulosilva8200 More than the driver we pay for the tuning, the drivers matter quite less compared to that, the more popular and mainstream IEMs are all just single DD like the Moondrop Aria, KZ is just trying to market it more enticingly which isn't bad but comes off as fake and kinda like cheating, though prices aren't wrong for all products, there are products in a ton of companies that cost more than they should so yeah. People can choose not to buy from KZ and that's completely fine.
