Dude i grew up on these and came to new mexico and nobody knew what i was talking about. i’ve been cooking them for the last 35 years! the first one i got my pop got me on the corner downtown los angeles and the guy had a tiny hibachi right on the corner! this grill had to be only 12” by 10” for real… love this! my wife just got me a blckstone! it’s on like hotdoggie style..!
Hell yah! you experimenting with different cooks is why this is one of my favorite channels! also Congrats to the dodgers! I am an A's fan myself...and although i have plenty of reason to hate on the dodgers(thanks to the last time the dodgers won the world series) I can't help but support, especially since I am living in LA now, haha. PS, serrano > jalapeños! serranos are guaranteed to always be at the spice level that I want....jalapeños are so random.
Go Dodgers! ❤🍺🥳 Thanks for the shoutout! Long overdue! I appreciate the love for my channel. I just try put out content that I would like to see. Serranos#1
My whole experience with these hotdogs have been with overcooked veggies, so to me it’s almost nostalgic to have them overcooked. However I’m with you on having my veggies with a lil bite to it!😎👍
Pro-tip #1 turn two of your burners off so you have a cool side of the grill. By having a cool side, you won't cook the veg too fast. Also, you won't burn the bacon when it's cooking too fast.
Yes sir this is what I’m talking about 👍 even with the Frank’s Bro add some beans on top and butter 🧈 the bread 🍞 then toast it that’s how they make it In Arizona
@@madswinebbq yellow sweet onions brotha! Carmalized with all the char! Lol the sweet and spicy is super delicious! Try it out make a video and let me know how you like it! I call them CRISPY DOGS
I had the munchies and I knew how I wanted the food to taste but no one around here makes food like this lol had to do it myself word up! Your video is the first I seen with the cheddar jalapeño dogs. Makes me feel really good cause I didn’t look up a video I just picked the ingredients and low key been cooking them for myself ever since lol
Serrano chili's are way better than jalapeños, but ya know what's better than serranos!! Thai chili's! There smaller and the heat is a little bit more spicier and they are consistent IF you can find a store with fresh ones daily.
Ryan, Ryan, Ryan! Trust me brother, I'm right there with you on those Thai chili's. I absolutely love them. Especially if you leave them in the freezer. Then when you bite into one it releases such a great flavor- try it! My favorite pepper to eat with food though is the Cobra Chili. Have you tried that one?
