The root cause of this mess is that it’s expensive for small businesses to get rid of their trash, and some don’t want to pay, so they just dump it. The city needs to rethink how they handle trash collection for small businesses.

That video was AWESOME on so many levels! That sanitation team was getting it! No standing around just working! And that truck, I couldn't believe it ate that fridge! I could watch this stuff all day! Great job!
