The ks21's and A15's are a fun combo. I'm quite surprised by the low cutoff on the subs though, with the default crossover presets. The A15s go down pretty low, and the ks21s don't really go above 50-60Hz for some reason. Well, maybe because they're so large, but surprising, none the less.
L Acoustics is a French brand of acoustic cabinets which has a fairly good reputation. It is also a marketing king brand that has never manufactured a single loudspeaker, in conclusion, an assembler. Regarding the small JBL VRX line array introduced in 2000, there were many negative reviews related to its constant curvature technology. JBL engineers, the greatest in the audio industry, would make a bad product ! We fell on our heads. The much-criticized VRX is a worldwide success from jazz to blues to rock, in small theaters and auditoriums. And now a lot of brands are waking up, and manufacturing a line array with constant curvature 20 years after the presentation of the VRX at the NAMM. I'm hallucinating. What a lack of creativity. As far as L Acoustics is concerned, it's an obstacle course to know who supplies the brand with the loudspeakers, the references, manufactured to specifications or loudspeakers from the manufacturer's catalog? mystery. The JBL VRX continues to sell very well, and I prefer the non-amplified version. With Crown I Tech, it's nothing but happiness Best regards.
@@nickstory4472 The L'Acoustic ARCS-series has had this design since 1995. The just had a grill in front of the HF-horn on ARCS and ARCS-Wifo, so it wasn't as obvious as on the A-series, but L'Acoustics used this design long before the VRX.
