Hello doctor Gupta. Thank you very much for the great content you share with us. I am 35 years old man without thyroid starting from 2018. All my labs are in a good place in range. I am on T4 T3 comb. therapy. Taking vitamin D, thyroid energy supplement, omega, B12. But still I have some symptoms mainly tired in the evening and brain fog, unfresh mornings and muschle pain in the morning wake up time this is improved during day. Please advise if I can take acetyl l-carnitine this supplement as well? will it imporve muscle pain and help my brain function better? I noticed that after some excercise I feel severe muscle pain next day.
Big fan 🎉 Sir is liquid L carnitine L tartrate more bioavailable than the capsule form? The capsule form is only 10-15% bioavailable. I had used imported liquid carnitine tartrate back in 2017 and went from 94kg to 76kg in six months with diet and exercise. But I’m thinking to take capsule form now. ALCAR shows no effect on me. I’m taking it right now.
