I have verbally came to terms with my employer during my interview, went back my previous job and I resigned, coming back my salary was cut to half and I was told I have to go for training now it’s a year.

Afternoon, i was retrenched last year in March having 4 months remaining on my contract, together with 3 others, 2 of them were re-employed and the company has re-employed former employees who has resigned previously i have conciliation this Friday coming....any advice please
