I was printing on the L1800. My 300gsm paper stuck in the middle and both the lights were blinking. I could take out the paper to i force removed it. Now when i print, all the print is fine except when it reaches the end of the paper where it happens again. Basically the print head hits the end of the paper at the end. what could be the issue?

My issue is when i power on , the head shows some movement but does not goes to left side and come back and ink and paper light start blink together at same time. Plz sir advice
I think your ink pad counter is full, to chk that u need to download L1800 maintenance software program and chk the ink pad counter in it and if it shows full or reading is more than what it should be then you need to reset it through the software. once reset is done as per instruction prompts in the software, your printer should work fine.
