Wow, great video! Thanks for the upload! Love the 757!!! But the A321LR will be nice too I'm sure!! Love the cabin, and the colors are very smart. Excellent music choice!
When it comes to the quarrel about whether a product is really Business Class or not, I suppose it all comes down to what they are asking people to pay. If the cost is on proportion to the product offered, then that is fine by me. Thank you for the video!
For a business class flight, I believe they can use something more expensive than Gordon’s. The food and silverware seems nice and well portray business class. Great video!
Very cool video! I guess this service is similar to the one british airways has departing from London city, a very cool project. Loved the music choice aswell haha Thanks!
Le concept full business est très intéressant, surtout à ce prix et les prestations ont l'air très bien.. J attends le review avec Airbus A 321 car cette vieille dame mérite sa retraite. Beau travail comme d habitude
They celebrate their 5th anniversary this year; I read about an average load factor of 80-85% - so they must have gotten something right ;-) Thanks for watching.
Mr Spielman, thank you . One of the best reviews yet. As a Frequent flyer, (40 years +), and a pilot myself I was remiss of the La Compagnie airline. True, as you say not quite BC more PE but the food looked excellent. Will check out if they fly from Uk - but doubt. Merci
La Compagnie also flew from London Luton to Newark for a short period of time but they have suspended that lign since. Thanks for watching. I'm glad to read that you like the vid ;-)
Merci de ton intérêt continu et de ce retour encourageant;-) C'est les voyages qui font réver - et dont j'essaie de capturer l'esprit dans les vidéos. Content si ça me réussit.
Too few airlines like that these days, looked enjoyable. I can remember flying SIA and QANTAS first class back in the early 90s in first class, 747s, 2 x 2 and with no lie flat chairs. How things change.
I though on this kind of flights every one will behave! since it is all business, until @10.00. Thanks for the video Pit, for the inside of something I was always curious about :)
Very nice review, Mr Spielmann. Just booked a november flight and can't wait to try the A321. Flew BC with Emirates and AA before and looking forward to compare. Spoiler alert, Emirates will be tough to beat .-).. but prices are very different!
Excellent review!! I have flown La Compangie three times now. I still miss the UK to NYC trip bud find the deal worth flying in to Orly and hopping a regional airline to wherever else in Europe I need to go.
Thanks for watching. As you can see on my other videos, I mostly fly Air France or KLM - and mostly to Asia, but La Compagnie was definitely a deal I can recommend across the Atlantic.
Pit Spielmann I shall certainly consider La Compagnie. I was disappointed when they cut their UK service. I mainly fly with legacy carriers, but feel I should mix it up a bit.
If he had put his feet up on my seat he would have serveral missing toes when he disembarked the flight. The crew were totally ignorent and very unprofessional they should have told the arsehole to sit up and move his feet to the floor. What an ignorant prick✈️🤔
Usually I do too but filming with your gopro camera in it's box doesn't give you a great sound - so I just kept it as background "noise". Thanks for watching anyway. Check out my latest AF, CI, LX and OS B777 videos for "live" take off sound
And the cost one way for the time of season? I would prefer to use my own Bose Noise Canceling headsets, don't know how they sanitize their headphones. Any idea as to what type of connector was used on their units? Food and drink menu looked Great!
;-) The only thing I found a bit "light" was the IFE that crashed several times and the sound quality of the headphones. The seats were actually quite comfy and the meals excellent. And it all comes at a price tag of 1000€ for a return flight. To summarize: coll experience at an exceptional price. Thanks for watching.
Yep. Definitely not everyone in Business Class has classy manners ;-((( While editing my video, I briefly wondered if I should cut it out or not - finally left it in - but had to put a comment. Thanks for watching.
It's very important and it is the price that makes this whole experience so exceptional: 1000€ for a round trip - so unbelievably good value for money. Thanks for watching.
Yes, but due to a traffic jam south of Paris, I was late and couldn't use the one at Orly. The one at Newark is "ok"-ish but definitely nothing extraordinary or spectacular. Thanks for watching
Not sure they want to ;-) Their business model appears to work on a very limited number of destinations (2 + 1 seasonal) and planes (3). Thanks for watching.
;-) Didn't really bother me. There's a table cloth, so the bread does not come in contact with the folding table. Otherwise I would agree. Thanks for watching
Unlike cars, planes can be in service for 25, 30 or even 35 years and longer. What's important is a regular and serious maintenance, the age doesn't matter then. Thanks for watching.
There are DC-3s made in the 1940s still flying strong at 75+ years old! And it was only some 5 years ago that Delta retired some DC-9s (inherited from the Northwest merger) made in the early 1970s. A few years further back, Northwest was still flying some made in the 1960s.
Ariel A brand new Boeing 777 can set you back. 150 million dollars .. but would Comfortably handle 8 short haul trips a day! .. a 13 year old used Boeing 777 would set you back 10 million dollars. Would require more maintenance. And can probably be used less.. Since it’s a long haul Flight and once per day.!! A 25 year old plane is just fine .. I also notice Even though it’s “business class” They cut costs in so many places The entertainment system for business class seat on a carrier like Ethiad , Qatar. With automated seats, large LCD displays and others Would set you back 10,000$ per seat.. On this airline Loooks to me to be only an iPad which would definitely cost less than 1,000$ per seat. For 75 seats .. Even if they’re changed every year. Still a great money saver
