Slightly more adventurous video here (and a bit of fun) starting with the greatest theme tune in Hollywood history (deleted by RU-vid due to infrigement but you can guess what it is.... Its all downhill after that...
The La Coupole V2 rocket site was designed to launch 5-60 V2 rockets on London every day.
Concentrated and never ending Allied bombing in the summer of 1944 forced the Germans to abandon the site and never launch a single rocket.
After the introduction, a few clips of V2's being launched is shown. The video then moves to the entrance door to the museum, formally a railway line into the rock face.
Why the Star Wars theme? The V2 was the first intercontinental missile and led eventually to the Apollo mission to the Moon in the 1960's. Plus the 'Sonderbauten' chimes with the whole Death Star concept.
