LA Galaxy hosted open tryouts on january 21-22 for their USL professional team, LA Galaxy II. Participants battled to a make the 15 man roster for the chance of a second tryout in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
I think these tryouts are just to get money.. you really have to be something special.. where you just leave the coaches jaw dropped.. other than that.. they probably wont pick you
Yea it was terrible we believe they did it just for business. They had a total of ten games that day then the next day was a flash flood warning to then be rescheduled for Feb 6th. They told certain people in the pick up to stay and play another 120mins to show their talents and skill. First impression was everything but its hard if your team was not good to work with.
Of course their just doing it for the business. Only few individuals gets picked out, and thats very rare. In my opinion the worst thing to do for becoming a pro. My suggestion is making a highlight video and send it to them. Or a tryout for a less smaller team and work it from there.
a Lil bit bad..most of the players just running around with no specific position..I missed the tryouts...hope I can make it there this year.thanks for uploading..
If you’re planning on going to the tryouts u need to know that You have to be super good Good ball control good position in the field good comunicación and of course good skills fast strong resistance
They aren’t money grabbers, if you stand out, trust they they will want you. Different teams are looking for specific players at specific times that fit the program that they are doing
anevjn ncveucn they are open tryouts are money grabs they only pick 2 out of 100 the rest of that money go to many of them it’s a business they want to take advantage of some people dreams some coaches there probably don’t even care to watch some players because they don’t need them it’s unlikely that you make it there even if you are too good it’s a team sport
@@Niekrasas30 Trust me?? do you really think that these teams will pick from a group of players that they are so desperate for an opportunity, that they attend open trials? Let me tell you, once a player starts attending open trials, camps or combines, it means that he is dumb and not good enough
All these try outs are bullshit, All they want is your money. Several years ago i went to a try out like this but for the San Jose Earthquakes. After 2 days of tryouts I was second overall pick and promised a second tryout phase with the reserve team... It's been 10 years and I'm still waiting on that call lmao. The guy who got picked and signed a "contract" in front of all us who made it to the last 11v11 match was from Spain and I don't remember ever seeing him in a match with the first or reserve team.
It looks like no one wants to go balls out. That would make the game faster and tighter. They are all trying to look technical and perfect, and are playing slower and safer as a result. If you're ready, it's time to go, but they all look like they are getting ready.
These guys getting the opportunity and flop flapse and am here in the Bahamas as and Jamaican wants to be out there as and pro for a trials in America England Europe i just need Representatives

Hey real talk Brody’s I been playing football(soccer) since I was little etc. I played traveling too & fustal. I have the experience all around. Point is I know I am extremely good. Not on some cocky shit. I remember adults/staff from middle school would tell me to keep playing cause I would make it, I played all four years in high school to varsity. I am 18 rn and I want to sign up for this cuz I feel like I can make it through the tryouts and their extended ones. I just wanna know if this shit is really deadass a scam just for money because they don’t really look for talent. I feel sometimes I should’ve been born in the UK. USA soccer rigged. Point is what do y’all think foreal?
