Proverbs 8:17 King James Version 17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. Jesus loves you and calls all of us to repent!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Man it's crazy how good these guys are. I had no idea how much there's physical contact in basketball. I thought I was good as a kid, but I couldnt play with people all over me like that. I disliked the physical contact but loved the grace and finesse.
The physical part is my favourite as long as they don't get unnecessarily physical, dude out there almost break people's necks just cause they got cooked
U.S. basketball always been very physical.....in the 80's and 90's the NBA use to allow hand checking with 1 hand on the dribbler...it was muscle bound men then lol but the impact of the finesse players of overseas and shooters like Steph Curry have brought the league away from the brute ball! So now its smoother to watch and the less fouling speeds up the game for better entertainment value

D Rose pre injuries was probably 1 of the most gifted guards I've seen. A combo of Kylie handles, Iverson quickness and Jordan hops. Kd and Mike Beasley are from the DC area and would tell anyone that they know ballers that are just as good, but didn't make it because of the many distractions that the city has.
Thomas Sankara your really calling nba players morons. There is a reason they are in the nba and you are not. Also there is a reason why Durant is a top 3 scorer ever because he is unguardable
Imagine being the best player amongst all your peers and everyone you play against, until you come across an NBA player and now all of a sudden you're "regular" 😆
Thing I've noticed about all these normal dudes is that their footwork is terrible. I don't think I saw one that were at least on the balls of their feet. Not saying they would do any better but gotta work on the feet!
I remember I met Jimmy butler with my dad. literally 2 or 3 days before the NBA draft in 2011 we ran into him at Harold’s chicken in Madison Wisconsin but they are closed now, I was 12 years old and I didn’t even know who he was. It was my dad who noticed him, shook his hand and got a picture, Crazy now that he really blew up and is now one of my Favorite basketball players.
It's almost like Durant and Beasley were the NBA players, and the other guys on the court were the normal people. It's still NBA player*s* (plural) vs, normal people.
Made me have crazy respect for great NBA defenders. we see how ice cold their offense is, and there's defenders out there that can (sometimes) lock them up.

This vid really highlights how good the defense is in the NBA. These guys can shoot 80% from the field on these normies but the best players shoot high 50’s with real defense. Butler was putting on a fundamental clinic on a good player, but every shot was high percentage and controlled.

I had a friend back in highschool that was built like KD & he played exactly like KD. he was like 6'3"with long skinny arms & could pull up & shoot. I hated guarding him. KD is a nightmare at 7 feet. He doesn't miss you got no chance.
@@oldschoolhiphop2275 emoni bates the next kd he plays exactly like kd 6’9 at 16 17 number one in his class won Gatorade player of the year as a sophomore last year
I can’t imagine the adrenaline pumpin through kd’s blood at that moment😬sheesh. Dominating like that along with the crowd reactions and the announcer hyping u up, especially in nyc.
@@michaelhuerter1921 there is always adrenaline running through your body when u are playing professional sports no matter how good or experienced u are. In pick up games or practice probably not as much or it varies, but in games it’s always turned on
Kobe vs the kid reminds of scenarios where they make you take on the boss as the first mission without any upgrades. RIP Kobe. Stil miss you childhood hero
Proverbs 8:17 King James Version 17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. Jesus loves you and calls all of us to repent!!!!!!!!!!!!!
These guys are really masters of their craft. They are ridiculously good at what they do. Playing against the toughest competition in the world,, Playing all those years, Practicing for many, many hours, honing their skills. Shooting under pressure. To them this is a piece of cake. Effortless.
Proverbs 8:17 King James Version 17 I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me. Jesus loves you and calls all of us to repent!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wherever it was, it was total nonsense. The greatest scorer of a generation shouldn’t be getting hyped against that level of competition. It’s embarrassing. Then you have the ridiculously performative hype of the crowd rushing the court because he hit a wide open jumper. Come on man. This is pathetic.
@@irmadizon3330 Yeah his defense was good, but that's what makes great scorers so special. You could put a 10ft brick wall in front of them, and somehow it's still going in. They know all the tricks, got all the control.
@@spencer4hire that's the thing, we ain't know nobody who forgot how talented he was. DRose would be one of the best to ever lace up if he could stay healthy.
Lot of these dudes aren’t actually “regular” people. They’re former nba players, or overseas professional players. You gotta be pretty good to even get on the same court as an nba superstar

Its crazy, while everyone was looking for alil comp with ballers, the goats was doing it for the kids, shows the different levels from being one of the greats, and being someone who can become one of the greats
Henry Ellison is no ordinary, "Regular people' player. He's a bucket. There are levels to the game though. Honestly, a solid 1v1 matchup with Butler would be either Kawhi Leonard or Derrick Rose. Even Old Man D-Rose is still quick as hell.
KD>>>>>DRose. 2 riss better than none. He earned those rings and not let the warriors did the work for him. Rose? Too much explosiveness that cost him his career before even winning a chip.
@@kevinjohnduerme8963 yeah sure. The same way you could never compare your parents love with others cause you surely never got it. Assumptions, am i right?
@@gregkareem9824 Nope, I would even say Drose would have become the goat if he never got injured. You should look at nba closer, noone is close to young mvp drose level.
I get that at that point when Henry Ellison and Jimmy butler were playing one on one henry wasnt in the league yet but he still was not a regular person lmao he was a few months away from being in the NBA
@@erecklessz7048 I just wanna clarify that it's not a knock on KD i just think it's hilarious bc like...did the crowd think that short guy would lock up KD
Damn what a mean palm in the thumbnail. The fact NBA players can travel and palm the ball while every other basketball player in every other league on earth can't, is always a chuckle mate.
