Easy recipe of Harira, traditional Moroccan soup
a real treat!! Ramadan recipe
ingredients:
150 g chickpeas soaked the day before in water
150 g of meat of your choice diced
1 grated onion
2 tomatoes, grated or mixed
1 sprig of finely chopped celery
1 finely chopped coriander wrist
80 g tomato paste
60 g lentils
60 g vermicelli or angel hair
3 liters of water
4 tbsp flour + a glass of water (200ml)
Spices: 1 tsp of salt or a little more, one of ginger, one of turmeric, one of paprika and 1/2 tsp of pepper.
1 tbsp of smen can be replaced by butter or cube of boiling taste smen
