Scott already has a bad back - he's got scoliosis. Or as he says himself: "my back is a squiggly line". Just imagine how tall he would be if he didn't - he's already 6'3. I recommend watching their Yoga Challenge. :)
La La land is a musical movie and superfruit and Kirstin were just doing a medley of songs from the movie and acting it out a bit and being funny, I love how much fun they always have
I'm pretty sure it's the medley from near the end of the movie when the story kinda gets recapped along with a "what could have been" if other choices had been made. It's great as it gives a snippet of all of the major themes of the film (and the trio just played it up for even more fun! )
Watch Superfruit's cover of Katy Perry's Rise. It is superb. It features three of their friends. All five of the singers are in the LGBTQ+ community. They made this video to commemorate those killed or injured in the Pulse nightclub hate shooting a few years ago in Orlando, Florida in the US. The video has a brief dedication that you might want to read aloud at the beginning of your reaction.
There's a few like this, Sup3rfruit "Stranger Things in 3 minutes" and "Defying Gravity" and a cool one that Kirstin is also in is "Black and White" by Todruck Hall ft. Sup3rfruit. All of Pentatonix is in "The Wizard of Ah's" by Todrick Hall. In the latter one Kirstin plays all of the female roles! 😊 The lady wearing a denim jacket (in the group of people who were all dancing in the end) is Sup3rfruit's (And now Pentatonix's) Choreographer... one needed to be hired cause.. c'mon... someone needed to teach these two how to dance for their Official Videos they made for each track of their Albums Future Friends Pt. I and II ! The others are students from her studio. lots of fun! 😂
It's all wonderfully crazy, capable and with a sense of humor Superfruit. I highly recommend "Hip Hop Goes Broadway" part 1 and "Hip Hop Goes Broadway" part 2, "Pop Goes Broadway" feat. Shoshana Bean. They all have bloopers that are worth watching, so don't turn it off right after the show. In addition, Superfruit released albums Future Friends vol. 1 and Future Friends vol.2. They were on tour with these songs.😃 By the way, Scott and Mitch can actually play the piano. 🙂
Please react to my all-time favorite performance by Superfruit. Scott loves the musical WIcked so for his birthday Mitch performed Defying Gravity. This song is how I got introduced to the most amazingly talented people.
There's actually not a lot of videos with Kirstin in it. You just watched the two main ones :D. But there's a lot of great content on the channel. I definitely recommend Hip Hop Goes Broadway 1 & 2 and Empire medley or Anti medley. The medleys are not really crazy, it's just awesome music, but that's so you have a breather before Guy.exe as someone else suggested :D. Their originals are all amazing and have awesome videos, but that one specifically is one of the greatest things I've ever seen :D.
Ohh myy! That kiss between Scott and Mitch came as such a HUGE surprise to all Scomiche fans cause we have been waiting for them to do that!!!! It just swells my heart to see that!! Will you please please react to defying gravity by superfruit?????
When Kirstie, Scott and Mitch went to school together, they all went out together xd. Kirstie and Mitch, Kirstie and Scott, and Mitch and Scott. I don't know if you knew, but when Mitch and Scott were dating at 17, they ended up on very bad terms and separated for 6 months. When they reunited for The Sing Off, they had a love reunion, but preferred to be alone as friends, due to the damage they did to each other when they were dating. They consider themselves soulmates, inseparable. They have been friends since they were 8 years old, they are currently 27 and 28 years old, and they are still best friends. (Although I have to accept that I have the theory that they still felt something when they were on Superfruit, at least Scott for Mitch, I want to believe that yes xd) Anyway Scott said that at school he had been deeply in love with Mitch, but Mitch was who broke up with him. In any case, I would like you to react to your common videos, like games or questions and answers. They are so funny.
Scott does play, so does Mitch. Not sure about Kirstie. If you've not seen the movie LaLa Land, this doesn't make a lot of sense, but it is still funny. Since you do get their sense of humor ... perhaps you're ready for Sup3rfruit's GUY.EXE.
I know people do not recommend this very much, but if you want to learn a bit about Mitch and Scott you might look at some of their non-musical superfruit videos. Start with the first one and then perhaps the boyfriend-tag - all of their videos just show their "funability" when they are together ... Greetings from Germany!
Could not agree more. PTX is great. But it was the Superfruit videos that pulled me in. The behind the scene banter and the life stories of Scott and Mitch brought the experience to a different level.
@@VivaCohen They are part of a singing group. Everything they did was "music" related. Even if they didn't sing in every video. (But if I remember, they were always vocalizing.)
Check out The Wizard of Ahzz! Pentatonix is with Todrick Hall. Black and White with Todrick Hall and the trio (Mitch, Kirstie and Scott) Also Hip Hop Goes Broadway, Superfruit.
There is another one with all three of them called Black and White. It's a Todrick Hall track! You should check him/them out too. And his video with Pentatonix called the Wizard of Ahhhhhs! All amazing
Unless you saw the movie La La Land, which won an Oscar 2 years ago, you wouldn't get any of this. I saw the movie, and I still don't know what it was about. Anyway, they loved the movie, probably because it had some good music in it, and this was a cover of some of the songs from it. If you want to see Superfruit do something a bit more serious, check out Empire Medley or their Beyoncé medley.
So this is one kind of thing you see on Superfruit, I'd like to see you react to Imaginary Parties which is a serious, um well a "real" number that they put on an album and sold and the video and music together are pretty mind blowing. it draws a big contrast with PTX in some ways. Fabulous IMHO. So yeah, Imaginary Parties.
I've heard that they only had studio time booked for a couple of hours, so they came up with all the song arrangements AND choreography, plus managed to get two complete takes done (I've heard some say three complete takes) in that amount of time. This was either the second or third take. They had so little time to get it all done that there apparently weren't even any bloopers unlike most of their videos. There is a behind the scenes video that shows shots from another take, but not the complete take. I'm pretty sure that all three of them can actually play piano.
I've been bringing it up to other reactors to please take a look back at the Trio's guest appearance on the TV drama Bones from a few years ago. They are all suspects in a student murder at a university. Scott and Mitch are members of a men's acapella group and Kirstie belongs to a women's group. They do get to perform in the episode as well, and you get to see more cringy choreography! Is one of the Trio a murderer? You can view at this link, ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RIjyzpX2ER4.html. The text in the margins gives a brief rundown of the story.
PS if you are still looking for other a cappella groups you should listen to Citizen Queen. They are a five girl a cappella group and you won’t be disappointed! They have a bass, two sopranos, a beat boxer and an alto.
You should react yo Wizard of Ahhhs by Todrick Hall ft Pentatonix. It is superb. And Superfruits Hip Hop gone Broadway pt 1&2(along with the bloopers, i want full broadway versions of several of the songs that they did in them)
Please don't take offence; I love your reactions and don't want to be the grammar police or anything, but for future reference: "Medley" (MED lee) means a combination of songs into one musical performance. "Melody" (MEL oh dee) is a tune.
