I have been a leader or in a leadership role to lead for something. Brother, I can tell you that this is a sign of a great team. Every team is formed for one final goal, and there are significant few stages/modules toward the goal. Each stage has its significance or represents exclusively and most important of one part of the team. Let say you have 10 persons in your team and there are 5 stages to the final goal, the first stage would represent the two most important persons the same to another stage.
