Baked lasagna is a classic dish of Italian cuisine, appreciated and known all over the world. My passion for traditional cuisine prompted me to prepare a baked lasagna with meat sauce that pays homage to its origin, using only quality ingredients.
The meat sauce, prepared according to the Bolognese tradition, is the heart of this lasagna. With fresh minced meat, tomato and a combination of herbs and spices for sautéing, the ragù becomes rich and tasty, giving the original lasagna recipe an irresistible taste.
