La Madrilena (Eduard Bayer) - Alexandra Whittingham 

Six months ago, I came from Iran to Germany and could only bring 40 kg of luggage, leaving my guitar behind. It's been exactly 180 days since I could practice and play guitar. I remember the last piece I practiced was Villa-Lobos Mazurka Choro. I can no longer go back to my country due to military service, and my family can't send me my guitar. I hope to be able to buy a new one soon and start practicing again. I miss those beautiful days of 3 or 4 hours of practicing in a quiet place. Thanks Alexandra for your videos❤

My idea of a great quiet time is like being in south France or Spain, in a small town, there's not many foreigners, and people are keeping to themselves. Suddenly, a guitar piece breaks off and everyone turns to look. Of course nobody knows who Alexandra is, only I know. I notice I'm freaking out inside, but everybody just stops and naturally listens to and enjoys the music. Gradually I calm down and just listen to the music as well and forget this is Alexandra I'm listening to, instead I just meld with everyone else and have a great casual and relaxed and inspired little time. A few weeks after I'm back to work on my own country and I'm like: WOW, that was the most beautiful thing I was happy to experience in my own life!, and I tell all my friends about it :)
