I am sure a stick can be placed on the corner reaching on an angle to the door to keep it open while loading and removed when done. What is the burn time? I am not sure, was the square foot home this can heat mentioned?

Hello Sarah, I am new to the whole world of wood cook stoves. If you have a wood cook stove do you also need a fireplace to heat the house?
