This is just magical! Thank you so so much for sharing this. I have a school assignment that is to compile a list of our favourite classical music pieces or pieces that has a lot of meaning to us and present it to the rest of the class. Your playing of "the frog galliard" is already on that list but think I will add this one too. Especially since early music is my favourite. Once again, thank you for this and for helping me keeping my practise spirit alive!

It often strikes me how relaxed guitar or lute players are when they play in duets, trio's etc., how they enjoy what they're doing, and how good the result sounds. I even once heard a Vivaldi concerto played by a complete guitar orchestra. Amazing. Something else than a solo player who tries to perform all kinds of tricky left hand movements and grips in order to sound a bit polyphonic. Even if he's handy, it always has a lesser desired impact on the musicality.

Brandon that was beautiful, you both play so well. On another note and time line and vibe, what do you think of the works of Agustin Barrios - Mangore? I found his music through La Cathedral of course. I've been trying his Waltz in D minor as it's just such an amazing composition.. I would love to see you play some Barrios, Las Abejas comes to mind as the only recordings I've heard of it are audio.. It's a short song but sounds just so insanely complicated. Anyway whatever you play I would listen to my friend

It's preference. You know from my channel that I love guitars and lutes but harps are equally fascinating. In the end, instruments are tools. Music is the artform and whichever you choose, I'm sure you'll be happy.
