Yo, dog. As a dude that transitioned from LA born and raised socal that's been living in Oakland. You killed it on this one especially mariscos 4 vientos. Next door is mariscos Jalisco and their tacos dorados are yo die for. If you love Sonoran style tacos, El ruso for me. Too many places in LA to go to tho. Keep up the dope work. Asadero chikali tijuaneros style hits too. Don pollo does outstanding bbq ribs and pollo tortillas hecho a mano
i've only had sonoratown for delivery so i know the tacos and caramelos don't deliver as high level as having it fresh in the restaurant, but the chivichangas hold up extremely well. they are really a top tier option. would recommend.
I’ll admit salsas are one of the topics I’m not as well versed in yet. I’m sure I’ve had it before, but not sure of the ways to differentiate them yet tbh outside of your general salsa verde or salsa roja and a salsa macha lol might just need to start learning to make them myself so I can really learn about it more
