Ciaran Ryan michael jackson for the safety of his own children had to rid off of bubbles because he said it once that he became aggresive ,stronger and bigger throught the years . it wasn't micharl Jackson desicion it was animal nature
I think others explained why Bubbles had to go but it would have been nice if they would have hired an animal communicator to explain why so he wouldn't feel discarded. Not sure if they attempted this or not.
He's way too big to be domesticated I don't think any of you realize how dangerous chimps can be. He bit one of Michael's kids hence he had to be in a sanctuary
I think it was because of the cameras. On the sanctuary website it states that he doesn't like cameras. He was more acceptable of her once the camera wasn't in his face.
Bubbles was definitely caged up michael. Chimps are fine as babies but when they hit puberty they will literally rip someone's arm off. Not an animal to mess with.
Of course he remembered her.. When she went to talk to him alone he immediately turned and gave her his full attention. Though it seemed he didn't trust the camera people as he kept looking over at them. He seemed very sad and grieving. Animals just know when a loved ones passed.
They do and they know when babies are on the way too . Sometimes the refuges don't allow you to keep contact .They break the bond but he did remember her .They carerers will advice her .To be honest this is healing because Michael is sorely missed still . It helps to heal the wound . He does remember her but he's overwhelemed . They saved him from a research lab ,look at it that way.So sad my heart is acheing
I don't think he was looking at the camera, but rather avoiding eye contact with La Toya. He's very visibly upset, and clearly holding some sort of grudge (which is very common with Chimps). The way he listens to her while staring at the floor. He's completely aware of what's going on.
@@zack2804 And he's got every right to be angry. The Jackson family treated him like he was some sort of exotic toy and discarded him when he actually started acting like an ape.
I think she is crying because it was her brother's animal and both of them are gone and to see one back but her brother not with Bubbles it really was an emotional moment . I also agree with Ciaran Ryan.
He did remember her. It's kind of like when people get older and have a hard time remembering but you know somewhere in there they do. It was emotional.
LaToya is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. And seeing people say she isn't sincere makes me mad because meeting her I know she is. I was driving in Beverly Hills one day and she was next to me in traffic. I looked out and said to her that I loved her and her family. She asked me to pull over with her body guard. I thought they were going to call the police. Latoya got out of the car and gave me and my friend a tshirt from her recent tour. She was so nice and we talked about Michael (before he died) and she really stood by him. After seeing her talk to bubbles I really believe her sincerity with the chimp. She looks like she really did have a connection with that beautiful animal and bubbles looks like he was hurt having to leave which I don't think he understands why.
The ending was so sad. They once shared a magical life together with Michael Jackson, and now Michael is gone, and Bubbles is in a cage. I think Latoya cried wishing she could have just one moment together with her, Michael and baby Bubbles. Those were the days.
This was very touching. Not just because she got to see Bubbles, but this must've represented a lot of things for her... Michael had passed away just a year before this, this must've brought back a lot of things for her. Regardless of what anyone says, they loved each other very much till the very end.
I bet if Michael was the one that came, bubbles would've instantly recognize him and be very happy! I can only imagine what the reunion between the two would look like. Definitely emotional. 🥺🤧
Nah dude. It would have been the same. Bubbles was raised with la toya as much as with micheal, he was moslty with his care taker. He recognized her and remeber her. But he is hurt! They where his family and they gave him away. And never came to visit 😜

The way his expression changed when she told him she missed him. It really seems like he knows it's been a long time. Imagine having your own nanny and everything you want, being treated like a human, only to lose it all.
I saw this when it originally aired on television. And Latoya did tell Bubbles about Michael. It brought tears to my eyes. They couldn't have kept Bubbles as a pet all these years. He would have been in a cage at their home, at least now he's with other primates.
I agree Latoya and Michael have always wonderful spirits despite people constantly attacking and saying nasty things about them love and kindness is something their entire family lived by

he looked really sad at the end... he could feel her sadness...he was a little standoffish at first that was a smart move asking to be alone and with camera at a distance which really distracted him. We all have a unique scent and its probably what animals remember the most that and if the voice hasn't changed much and other distinctive unique ways each person behaves and communicates however 20 years is a long time! very touching

Bubbles knows Michael is gone, he looked like he wanted to cry too that's why he wouldn't look at Toy. I couldn't watch this without crying oh You, I know because after my mom passed I tried to find things and visit familiar places hoping I'd feel better sometimes I did, but mostly I'd just fall apart. Bubbles does look like his feelings are hurt because they had to give them away because he was getting too big... And of course the way bubbles grew up with the family I'm sure he does not understand his own strength.....does he know Michael Jackson has passed away... yes I'm sure he felt it when he passed.....
u can't have pet chimps anymore... they are very dangerous and unpredictable...makes me think of that lady that owned one and she treated it like a child and one day it ripped her friends face and hand off...
@@kimmyfreak200 there is an audio recording of 911 call. It's horrifying to listen to. It happened on Rockrimmon road I believe. The chimp became aggressive after her husband died. They couldn't have kids so they raised it as a child. When the father died the chimp was completely out of control.
Bubbles remembers & became very sad when she cried. His little lips & eyes spoke volumes. He stayed and listened to her though. 💔❤ It must be hard for him to go from such a loving & attentive human environment (speaking ASL) to confinement w/ not soo much human interaction (the Jackson fam & trainers). My heart goes out to him & her.
when i saw this, i thought latoya was crazy. after seeing old interviews, i realized this is how they act. how could u not love this family? they have such a sweet and innocent heart.
She probably broke down reminiscing about the Jackson 5 days. And when chimps get older, they become very strong and that's when they become dangerous. So it's recommended you put them away when they become old.
Matthew Yeah No, it's recommended you don't have a chimp at all. Because it's not an issue of them getting older and having to put somewhere else. Because that effects every aspect of their life. they can't just kept as babies, then released when older. So for everyone idiot who gets one, and then realizes they can't handle it, it has to end up in a zoo or sanctuary. So no one should have them, in general.

This truly so sad, Bubbles definitely remembered her but he just didn't wanna look at her cause then he would remember about Michael, and Bubbles and Michael were best friends. It's so sad that Michael is gone, but bubbles is still around, maybe in the afterlife they will both meet each other❤️

I just remember that Michael wrote in his autobiography Moonwalk that LaToya did not like animals that much (especially the smell)...but I think Bubbles just reminded her of Michael and that was what made her cry. I feel sorry for LaToya because I think she has had a sad life with more tragedy in it than anything else.
Of course he remembered her. I believe he was just upset, but was happy to see her. Latoya misses her brother and after see bubbles after all those years, it probably hit her hard.

OMG it breaks my heart to see this, I couldn't help but to cry. All of those memories comes flooding back from happier times. I can't imgaine how the family must feel especially Janet, Mrs. Katherine, and the children. It is so heartbreaking to lose or give up a pet, I couldn't have been in MJ's shoes. I bet that somewhere in Bubbles' heart he still remembers Michael and the great times they shared.

It was sad for Latoya because she realized he does remember. I am sure bubbles felt abandoned from his Jackson family but Michael was only doing what was best for bubbles and protect his family because bubbles started showing signs of agressiveness. I am sure Bubbles miss Michael more because Michael would go to the zoo and visit Bubbles whenever possible.
When he started hittin the fence ir shaking it that was a sign he remembered her🙌🏽🐵👧🏾. The most important interaction is when shes aparyung him with water hose he is smiling. Ive always wanted to have a Chimp as a pet or any type of mknkey they are so intelligent and full of joy.
