@@starr99 thanks for the compliment! i think I know what you're talking about. learned about the CAGED 'method' (or 'system' - whatever) helped me a lot with being able to find complimentary notes in a chord i'm playing all around on the neck. I did a video tutorial of the first part of this song a few months ago now. I'll do the second part soon. Check those out, maybe!

Hey Brother! Thanks for the props! Yes its regular tuning. Mostly different versions of A. I play the A and the high E open most of the time, which gives it that big open sound. Edit: sorry, I said "open chords" when i meant "regular tuning." I fixed it.
