If I ranked the cast, It would be: 1. Spencer boldman 2. Tyrell Jackson Williams 3. Hal sparks 4. Jeremy Kent jackson (douglas) 5. William brent 6. Kelli berglund
Tyrel is actually my favorite actor. He's by the far the best actor in the entire show, even more so than Hal Sparks. His facial expressions and line deliveries are spectacular.
@@superstarultra28 I 100% agree. Tyrell is effortlessly funny, the guy is a comedic master who can take sarcastic asshole-ish lines and make them so charming and funny. I feel like he's the comedic center of the cast, he boosts everyone else's comedy and all the other actors play so well off him, especially kelli berglund.
When I watched this I thought the were Artificial Intelligence in robot bodies... it was a disturbing shock to realize they are flesh and blood kids he raised in a lab
@@sayitsayuri8951 yeah his brother put bionic chips in the kids and wanted to make them villains or something and he took them and made them into heroes basically. It’s still a really bad concept but it was what it was I guess
It's crazy how he got the most screentime in the show. When I watched the opening credits I always thought "How is chase the main character when we see Leo more in every episode". Leo met his future self and traveled to an alternate dimension where he had Adam, bree, and chase's abilities. Did Chase do any of that? I think NOT! He's the first person we see in the show for crying out loud.
@@user-gb4zm9ov3d they are all main characters though. More so equally than not, 'cause all of their storylines are intertwined, and so is their development. Also, it was Chase who went on a aolo mission and met Douglas, which didn't happen to anyone else.
it always annoyed me that Chase was so much like Davenport, but he constantly favored the other two instead of being a better dad knowing that his kid was similar to him and also had to deal with the same bullying he had dealt with. He even let his other two kids bully his other kid for the same things that he himself got bullied for as a kid. That was the main reason I thought Douglas became a better dad. He obviously loved them all but he made sure to give love and support to the kid that wasn't getting it at home even before they got along as family, and when he heard from the fourth kid he made a real effort to be a good parent. Douglas was a better dad than Donald after he got through his evil phase. yanno, until the "finally created a kid I'm proud of" cause like...that made no sense he expressed multiple times how he was proud of Chase at least
@@Araartxd do you think that Sebastian would have been mad when he heard that his brothers and sisters except for Lexi and Tank because they were on Sebastian’s side and went to prison along with Sebastian had forgiven Mr Davenport for not telling them about Krane and that they had accepted that Sebastian’s actions were wrong and that they stayed and continued to train at the bionic academy. Chase got betrayed by Sebastian and Reece he also got betrayed by Marcus but Marcus also betrayed Adam and Bree as well.
This show was literally the only thing I watched for a long time. I GUARANTEE Lab Rats: Elite Force would have done SO much better if they had included even just Leo. Williams brought so much energy to his character.
I love the way they’re all like “Oh yeah this is the guy who tried to destroy our family and take over the world, we’re buddies now though” for the rest of the show
I've always hated how dirty they did Chase in the show. He's always the brunt of every joke, unless made by himself, all the time. For things that don't even make sense; he doesn't look nerdy, he doesn't look weak, it's just throwing jokes at Chase for the sake of throwing jokes at Chase, and barely giving him a moment to shine. Might as well have just made it two Bionic Kids and had Chase a secondary character, considering all he does is get insulted and bullied in this show, and gets less screen time than Leo (who isn't one of the 3 bionic kids). Even his parents seem to hold some kind of grudge against him in this show. Every time someone did something they shouldn't have, somehow Chase was involved in the blame. Even for things which he never should've been blamed for, he ended up getting 100% of the blame. It was just constant pounding down of this character, it's honestly hard to watch at times. I'll give you an example: Adam is bullying Chase. Adam attacks Chase. This happens constantly. Chase retaliates one time. Adam returns fire with just as much abuse. Chase is the only one blamed for the bickering and fighting. Please tell me how that isn't just obvious anti-Chase bias in the scriptwriting. Why even bother having him as a character when you're literally going against common human morals and beliefs in attempts to tarnish his character even further? I honestly just feel bad for William Brent (aka Billy Unger) because everyone keeps rating him as lowest or near-lowest of the acting scale on this show, but I don't think that's at all fair considering the script never gives him a chance to shine, it's always the same one or two things happening to him over and over and over and over and over and over. It's hard to top the cast list when your character's one stage direction in the entire show is *angry face* at the joke told against him.
I agree with every point you made. Another example is when Leo messed up the neuro grambler just because he didn't want Tasha and Donald to notice his low grades, and then he (and Tasha) were pressuring Chase to fix it, and when he did fix it, nobody thanked him (even when he pointed it out), nor did Leo apologize to Adam, Bree, and Chase for putting them in that situation which made Donald ground all of them forever. Plus, Chase looks more like a Peter Parker/Luke Skywalker esque character (they're smart guys but they don't exactly look nerdy or weak). In fact, guys like Marcus, Owen, and Sebastian look more "nerdy" than Chase.
@@watermelonminjido you think that Chase had done the right thing telling Sebastian about Krane since the truth about Krane could have come out anyway even if Chase didn’t tell Sebastian about krane? Chase was betrayed by Sebastian and then he got betrayed by Reece in Lab Rats Elite Force.
Ok, I get it, you like Chase. I do, too. Just to clarify that before I say the following: the SHOW doesn't mistreat Chase (in fact, he and Bree got a season more of the screentime on Lab rats: elite force), nor does it do it with anyone. Is a part of its regular humor making fun of Chase? Yes. But the show doesn't ever make him seem less than anyone - just Adam, honestly (and, btw, Bree and Chase do sometimes collaborate to pull pranks on Adam). Leo is constantly made fun of for how weak and useless, even with his bionic arm, he is sometimes, and yet there are times any single one of the characters is the one to save the day. Devenport is made fun of for being self-cebtered, Douglas - for having been the evil brother for a while. The only character who doesn't get any punchlines is Eddie (Tasha is the ultimate laughing stock for him and Bree gets made fun of for being the only girl). Also, the show acknowledges that Chase is being mistreated by (mostly) Adam. Adam, by the way, gets constantly shamed for beinf stupid by Chase, who, by the way, is only that smart because he was given the superpower to be that smart. Making fun of each other in comparitively ride way IS the dynamic that the characters of this show have, and it's ok, so long as they do show genuine care for each other
I was so surprised when I found that out. I was brand new to anime and decided to start with Naruto since I’ve heard the name tossed around and watched the dub and was like “Wait, is that Perry?!” And immediately googled it
I always hated the way they treated chase I mean he did some pretty messed up things but they all did and the fact his biggest bully was his family is just sad
i really do not like to tell people this besides my family but this show was so good i watched all 1-4 seasons 17 times now and ive also done the same with kickin it and pair of kings i cycle through them when i have nothing to watch
Chase braniac he’s the smart one of the group and has made so many things that have helped over the years. He knows how to make androids. When he first learned how to do it he tricked Giselle Trent Adam and Bree all four of them thought the android was him.
