sir good day.i work for 6 yrs and 3 mons for my employer house.i make complain to mohre .about my claims like annual leave and last salary and day off n cancel visa.but because of expired my emirates id my sim card also not working.i borrow my cousin sim then imedietely contact mohre to add that new number i used.then they told me to wait final decesion .i keep on waiting after a few weeks i try to ask mohre again about my case then they told meit was closed case.then i have absconding case .i make another complains again then even i have number i dont received any calls or message from mohre or labour .then when i call them again it was closed case.please i really need advice for this make me confused how igot abscon when i already have pfile case against my employer and i serve also my resignation last dec 26,2023 that i will be leaving on feb 2024 .and one thing before i leave the house i inform them that day i will go.aefdm

Hi sir, I need your help! I was working under a company until June and after completing a year I resigned and got everything sorted. Meanwhile I got a new promising job in my cancellation tenure so I joined and also they haven’t yet processed my VISA aswell so I was on probation so this current workspace seems to be very unethical in lot many ways there salary comes very late and I realized this will be an issue forever so I resigned after a month to serve 1 month notice period. But since I have resigned they haven’t payed my last month salary which is for the month of July. But since I have done that they have put my salary on Hold and I am facing major trouble keeping my basic needs. They haven't yet payed for the month of July and I feel they might not pay me for the month of August aswell ( Notice period ) They are saying as per the contract you need to serve 2 months notice period and haven’t yet released my salary . Please tell me what to do 🙏🏻

Before contract ends . And if you can’t stay leave now . Resign and leave

@@probonoadvocateuae7515hello sir. I have a case. I lelf Dubai before my expired date in Visa 4-5 days only. I requested my sponsor to make cancellation for me but he didn’t do that and he said me banned for 6 months. So, may I back Dubai sooner?! Tks

Sir good evening,, im direct hired with them,, they made get visa from company. And they took may passport,, and I dint not sign it yet the labour contract,, but I saw in mohre apps my labour contrat,, they made faked signature 😢 my job is housemaid. But my visa is office cleaner,,and my basic salary in the labour contract is 500ead,, But I received evry month salary 2200

For the passport, complain to Labour and Police for you to get it.
