Dean, may naalala ako un "odd-even scheme" ng salary increase sa amin dati, inuna muna increase ng employees hired based on employment date on even year tas next na daw kaming odd year napasok, sakto nagkaroon ng recession kya hindi na napatupad un sa odd year. Kya un kasama ko mas mataas ang salary kahit nauna pa ako ng 5 yrs sa kanya. Pareho lng kaming supervisory.

Is it correct that a picketing can be valid even without employer-employee relationship? Then puwede po ang sympathetic strike? Thanks po, medyo na confuse lang po.
picketing is an exercise of right to public assembly and freedom of expression. so anyone can stage a picket provided no law is violated. so kahit di ka employee ng isang factory pwede ka magpicket kaso liable ka kung may nalalabag kang batas like slander/oral defamation or libel depende kung ano sinabi mor ipinahayag mo

Sir I am not attending review center for labor anymore. Your channel is overflowing of principles and labor laws necessary to pass the bar for labor law. Sir I have clarification and I hope you could aid me in my review. Sir if the employee was dismissed not due to just causes or authorized causes. He is illegally dismissed and therefore entitled for the reinstatement or separation pay (if the reinstatement is no longer feasible) plus back wages. If the employee was dismissed by just causes and authorized causes but there there is no procedural due process or that he was neither given opportunity to be heard nor even informed about the charge, he is not entitled for reinstatement but for nominal damages for violation of his statutory right ( not Constitutional right) and for separation pay, in case of dismissal was due to authorized causes under the labor code. Sir if the employee was dismissed not grounded on just and authorized causes and without procedural due process, is he entitled for reinstatement, back wages or separation pay in case of strained relation AND NOMINAL DAMAGES at the same time? tnx sir
