Labour Positions All fours 

I used this position with my third child and was the quickest, easiest delivery by far. Barely had to push. The first two were delivered on my back...was awful, will never do that again.

I would definitely do this next go-round. My first child I still have severe tailbone pain from laying in the hospital bed in the same position for hours and hours.

I did this once and it was great.

I am doing this. I will ignore doctors and nurse

Due in 2 days and an beyond ready for him to come out I will deftly be using this position as my first experience on my back was hell
