I'm stopping 8 minutes in to this video to say this is SO informative! I had sew-ins in the past, been natural for almost four years, now I'm looking into having my first wig made so I don't straighten my hair so much. This will help me decide on silk vs. lace and closure vs. frontal. Thank you for this!
this is THE MOST informational video i have seen on this topic. no rambling, all very important information. its like the video answers all the question you have, in the order you have them. definitely liked this and will constantly be referring to it. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for mentioning that frontals contain more maintenance. I'm a beginner and I was leaning towards a frontal but after watching this video I would definitely start off with a closure and get used to that and then move on to a frontal ❤️❤️
Had to pull up your cover on my phone mid way through (watching on my tv) to tell you how helpful this video was. I have never purchased a lace wig before, and I have literally been researching for two solid days. I was almost to the point of buying a full frontal, but I think I'll start with a closure for my first time. There is so much to this when you know nothing!! But your videos are really helping. Thank you for taking the time to share your wisdom with us! God bless!! 💛
I know I'm not the only one who thinks of Blac Chyna when I look at her. Thank you for this very useful information. As a beginner in the clousure & frontal this is very helpful.
On my 20th video on wigs, lace closures, frontals, silk closures / frontals. The subtle differences are becoming clear, I understand the significance of: Plucking the hairline on my closure Using appropriate styling products: hot comb to flatten, mouse, etc Proper maintenance including tools such as a canvas head, tripod, hot comb, t-pins, etc Overall, wigs require a commitment of time and care to achieve realistic and becoming looks
At first I really didn’t wanna watch no video for 20 mins lol but I’m glad I did bc u answered ALL my questions and I’m the type of person that never runs out of questions! Great description and examples, anyone could watch this actually gain knowledge from it. I knw how I want my hair done now, thanks !
You were straight to the point and explained this so clearly. I didn't even bother to look at other videos. You answered all the questions that were running in my mind about the two differences. This was very helpful. Thank you!!!💗
Omggggg I’m subscribing just because there was NOOOO rambling whatsoever and all 19mins was school. Thank you for answering the question without “hi guys, sorry I’ve been gone for 5 days, I was moving and my life has been crazy and also [insert personal information I don’t care about here]” lol You’re dope! Thank you for this info
I’m so glad I found this video!! I’m just now trying to get into wigs and it just seems so overwhelming. This vid was so informative and helpful. Thank you! 💗🤗
@@Ash-rc8nd I would say wearing them in a wig like getting a closure wig. Because you can move it around how you like bc a sew in she said your hair will grow under and the frontal will move back and it won’t look right when it gets old
Lol. I am sitting here with a frontal and closure in my cart not sure which to buy and watching this video has made it quite clear what I need to get. Love the versatility of the frontal but it did seem like a lot of work. Thanks for the information very informative.
Your video is so helpful I'm literally preparing to make my first wig with absolutely no experience in this but I want to take the Challenge and this has been so helpful thanks
Thank you so much for explaining this, because I had no clue what either one of them were. lol I would like to start making my own wigs because I am on the go a lot and I am a mother of a daughter with extremely thick hair. So by the time I get to mine I'm exhausted. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
I paid 165 for someone to make my wig and I got a LACE FRONT. They took it upon themselves to assume I wanted and middle part and they plucked the middle part so it’s permanent 😭 I got a lace front for versatility not so she could ruin 400& hair and mind you I wanted a side part but I never told her to part it all at
full lace wig= realistic looking scalp all through 360 wig = realistic looking scalp at the front, spandex in the middle and realistic looking hair at the back
Was contemplating trying a frontal for my birthday I’m still used to closures I think I’m going to stick with that cuz I’m very active I don’t have time to be fighting w my frontal when i sweat🤣😭
thank you for this video !! 😩 like so much . this will be my first time wearing weave for my sew in for my birthday (i’ve always worn my natural hair bc i have a lot of hair & it’s pretty long) and i didn’t know what the difference was at all between the two . definitely will be getting a closure .
Now I know what to do with the new wig that I've just purchased. I think I'm disappointed now that I've learned that I have a frontal with the middle part pre-plucked. Dang!! I never wear a middle part. 😥
You did that...very informative and I agree with other comments if u r not doing this now...u need to definitely provide classes and or expand in your passion of hair...Thanks again
Omgggg ur sooo beautiful. I literally just came across this video & HAD to subscribe. Quick question, are ur teeth naturally this perfect?! Did u have braces? Thanx a lot Doll !
My hair appointment is today for a sew in with closure...sometimes I have to put my hair up for work. Haven’t had a sew in in years, so I had no idea what to get. But now I’m second guessing myself lol. Should I get a closure or a frontal piece?!
I'm about to get my hair done I bought a frontal and a closure but I'm want to use the frontal but I'm scared which one is better frontal or closure????
