I would have appreciated more information. Does the buttercream frosting need to be refrigerated before applying the lace. How long should the fondant set before using. What was that you added to the fondant to make it harder?
Hi Liz, If you are using buttercream in the molds, I would definitely chill it first and you may have to rechill after the mold is filled. You can use the fondant from a mold immediately and I add about 1 teaspoon of Tylose also known as CMC to 1 pound of fondant. Thanks for watching.
The molds are nice...just toooo much talking! I also loved the tip with the craft sticks. Not sure if one piece of fondant lace is worth all that work though.
