This reminded me of being told by my coach that 'if you want to attack the elbow, you need to control the shoulder' same for most joint locks

Really good breakdown and detail here, love it. I have been training around 14 years and armlocks are one of the things im least bad at, i genuinely feel im at a point where i can start to see it as it should be, and other times i feel like a beginner.

I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong but my opponent will feed their arm deeper in and get head control. Usually when i try this they just pass

Great breakdown, but I wish we'd stop featuring guys who test positive for steroids. We're not even 10 days out from Mica being stripped of his title. If BJJ is ever going to grow, we need to showcase the athletes who are clean.
