Everything street legal on this bike has broken not even from crashing, in this most recent ride I snapped my license plate in half, lost a lever adjustment bolt, my headlight began to flicker and my hand guard was dangling. Previous rides I’ve broken all my blinkers (not from crashing), snagged my odometer cable and broke some other electrical/blinker component behind the headlight, also headlight mounting to front fender is rigged. Butt No regerts!!

When you put the ti-6 on did you get an ecu or are you running stock ecu?? Just got a 23 fe501 and wanting to add the slip on but worried about the ecu

Hi Dalton great bike! So I’ll be honest, I have not touched the ecu. I have the ti-6 slip, fmf powerbomb header (funny mix I know) I pulled the reed cage out of the air box, I’m using 2 stroke air filter cage (doesn’t have the screen) and acerbics airflow side plate, so it’s very open and runs great. I’m in Southern California at sea level and the high desert it runs just fine. However I do think I will invest in ecu next because i heard without it makes the bike run leaner which will make it run hotter. At times recently when I blip the throttle it’ll stall but while still warming up. So it’s safe say throw that slip on and you’ll be happy it sounds like a real bike. Hope that helps!
