how do I keep the ball in the stick when I have the stick behind my head. it always falls out and I noticed that people do a little cradle when they load up. how do I do that?

How do we pass exactly?

This is literally the what I tell my boys word for word almost on how to pass the ball correctly. And they look at me all crazy like I somehow I don't know what I'm talking about. I think I'll have to show some videos so they don't think I'm just making this stuff up. Kind of frustrating.
