Mikey Powell is awesome!!! I have been practicing this trick for a long time, so I did two today. I tried again but I almost did it.

I use to sneak in my high school to practice after practice. My coach eventually stop locking the gate .And a brick wall was how I learned and sprinting to catch my missed shots and played wall ball on the bottom of the upright. These kids pay money to watch Mikey do tricks #cuselax

The ball would still travel at the same velocity regardless. It would just take longer for a ball to reach the ground that was thrown higher.

If you throw it higher, the ball goes down at the same speed as it would if you threw it up lower. It's regardless of height, because gravity is always 9.8m/s2

Do any of you know the requirements for U15 because I just moved to a new league by the way I'm 13.

please explain how its illegal. if its because of the depth of the pocket then you must a. be a minor league player or b. have completely different rules. the pocket can be as deep as you want when you reach junior level and up. the only thing refs care about is if your pocket prevents the ball from being released. like if it sits under the head on the sides or bottom of the head.

The ball would come down at 9.8 meters faster for every second it comes down. Terminal velocity is not 9.8m/s2. You are wrong. Other wise a lacrosse ball dropped out of a plane would travel the same speed as a ball thrown into the air...
