Could be a carburetor problem. Either the main mixture screw is not correctly adjusted, or it could be the idle screw. Make sure the engine is warm, around 70°, and then start unscrewing the idle screw until it doesn't stall anymore with the choke fully in (open). Then adjust until the rpm's are about 800.. for comfort and a reliable idle, I keep them around 900-1000. Another carburetor related issue could be that the jets and nozzles are filled with small dirt particles and it's clogging them up. Make sure you have a fuel filter installed before the fuel pump closer to the firewall.

@RG_ProductionsYT thank you, I attempted to tune it myself, got it to about 900~, I don't know if perhaps the mixture was running too rich since after each Rev it would drop to 700~ and begin rising to 900 slowly, not sure the cause, I just assumed it was a little rich, but wasn't able to fix it with tuning. It ran ok for the first 10 minutes after I got the best tuning on it that I could, but it still ended up being very odd with the clutch and brakes, especially the clutch felt very bouncy and sort of tight when letting go of it, it ended up dying on me once when I got back to my house after 30 minutes. While I was driving, I wasn't able to really smoothly change gears. It was very rough and almost caused it to stall. It ran decently when it was in a gear, but the first gear was way worse than my second gear when driving. I'm also unaware of the gas I should he running, I was told to run 91, but last time I remember filling the tank, I was told to run 83. Not sure the impact it would have. I also have a decent bit of wiring issues that I won't go in depth, but it's mainly with my dashboard.
