Did you ever receive it? We’ve been waiting for almost two weeks when the site says shipped in 3-5 days. We have called, emailed & even tried to get customer service on FB but I was blocked for asking why they took our $ but won’t send the product. All I want is our $ back or better yet, just give us our ladder crane that we paid over $1,100.00 for with shipping. I’ve seen other complaints in FB comments as well.
Did you ever purchase & if so did you actually receive the product? I’ve been waiting 12 days although site says 3-5 day shipping. We have called & emailed daily but no one will answer.
