Oh my! Ladder up to 21 was rough enough, but you saying let”s reverse the sets back to 3reps…that gutted me😅 Thanks again💪🙏

I don't love the burpee deadlift move. I cannot get the movement right and came close to hurting myself twice now. Sadly will look out for another ladder. I did this workout without the deadlift

You need to put your hands close as you can on bar and do the thebdeadlift slow and strengthen your stabilizer muscles

Just stick with the deadlift without the burpee. As stated in the workout. You have to make sure to be in a safe deadlift position before lifting. It’s building the flexibility and skill to jump in to the proper safe position at the bottom

@@PrecisionKettlebells ah interesting. I will try with the deadlift without the burpee. I have good form on most kettlebell movements in your other videos. Putting burpee+deadlift has been a challenge

I've done and finished a lot of the workouts on your channel; for me, this one is definitely top 3 toughest ones you've posted so far. There's nothing overly complicated about it. It just has a challenging structure.
