Just attempted this with 32s, made it through the 40 and 30 rep rounds, then started scaling. When I couldn't do one movement I substituted another like SLDLs...
Giants fan here. So obviously don’t like the eagles but I have a fun workout idea. You could do a workout inspired by a player from the team. Like leg heavy workout to get a lower body like Barkley or a total body killer to feel like Hurts on game day. Just a thought 😅 ✌️

Sore from banging? If that’s the case two things you can do. 1. Keep the bell closer to the body on the way up. Think “zipping up your jacket “ 2. Get the bell around your hand earlier, when it’s about belly button height. Practice dead cleans from the ground. Without a swing.
