In general, that's actually true. A highly successful alpha male will sleep with other women because he can and wants variety. The male social-sexual hierarchy is much more complicated than alphas and betas. Out of 100 men, there's 1 or maybe 2 alphas, 4-6 bravos (second in command, delegators), 60 deltas (worker bees who most people are), 30 gammas (the secret king, always right, champion in his own mind, bottom of the totem pole), 1 sigma (outside of the hierarchy, has no problem getting women, usually athletic or highly intelligent), and the flip side to that coin 1 omega (same as sigma, but psychopath, serial killer types.)
