Ladies Test BMW GS 1300 . With dynamic suspension, did they buy one?

Took a friend of mine down to local BMW dealer. His wife currently rides a 750, and will she make the step up to the 1300 does the DSA dynamic suspension help her flat for the bike no more of this low chassis normal chassis, it's all done with electronics and we will explain, hang out to the end to see the suspension demonstrated in its full working capacity and find out the answer. Did they buy one?.

The one thing I learned throughout my life was being contented with what I’ve got , no more expensive bikes Well for me at least. I’ve a friend, well family who has had more bikes and still not happy ( seemingly) I will just stick with my little what I’ve got and just do my miles no tractor types for me

I still recall the fiasco with the ESA rear suspension....I will stick with my Triumph's, these BMW's sound terrible like someone left a bucket of bolts in the engine casing.

Yes they do rattle a bit, but they are awesome bikes. You love them or you hate them but the price has something to do with the dislikes.

yep this electronic suspension and electronic height adjust, and it works just fine

5 foot 8 ish but if you were 5 foot five, you’d be fine

Her inside leg with no shoes or boots is 80cm or 31.5inches

If you’re going on a Euro trip you’ll likely be in the alps with lots of tight turns and hairpins, and it’s the inclines that goes with these that catches many bikers out, so whichever bike she is most confident on would be the choice.

Read it again, she’s not coming with us. She is doing the Cotswold tour. We are heading to the Pecos mountains and Switzerland and Lake Como and others alright is will be proficient. Happy with the Stelvio pass and other passes including gross Glockner. We’ve done them before never had a problem. Thanks for the advice.

@@lifeisarideuk Just curious what the supply situation is like. I'm in the U.S. and we haven't gotten any 1300s yet. I'm going to wait and test ride before making a purchase decision. I'm ok waiting.
