I wish they made more! =( 😍 What is she made of? Is she made of clay or vinyl? Because clay would break if dropped. Vinyl on the other hand can be squishy and flexible if heated up.
Not vinyl. Likely Polystone/Polyurethane or something of the sorts as she was made by Gecco. I have a pretty detailed article on her creation but it’s entirely in Japanese so I don’t know the full details. She was hand painted so it very much is a one of a kind scenario with her!
@@JeremyPryer you must protect her at all cost! ❤😄 Funny story Jeremy so today I was watching an unboxing video of the Resident Evil 8 Village Collector's Edition which comes with a Chris figure/statue. Since Lady Dimitrescu is like many my favorite(for obvious reasons of course😍😆) I was curious to know if they had a figure of her. So I did my research and found an authentic one that's from Capcom themselves on twitter. The funny thing is I thought it was announced this year and it saying the giveaway will be announced on June 13th I was quick to follow the steps to possibly win the giveaway. I look and.... it was posted in the year 2021... a year from today. 😂. I guess it's too good to be true for me to find out about this today being the last day before the announcement. Lol. 1 year short. 🤷♂😂 Of course, it led me to find out that you were the winner. I know I'm late but it's only right for me to congratulate you. So, congratulations to you Jermey for owning the lady of my dreams! 🥺😂 I hope they can at least make a couple of more Lady Ds in upcoming giveaways or maybe even for sale though she might be a little pricey.
@@amrio3014 I don’t expect they’ll make any more like this - the price of this would be insane! - but I would say it isn’t impossible some other official figures or statues come out down the line some time! Never say never when it comes to a popular character! If Numbskull continues to produce their more cost effective RE monster statues we could see another version of her when they reach 8 if they go that far!
I have a question. Do you know those scanners that scan a figure and then you can make a 3D model out of it? Would it be possible if you could do the same for this Lady Dimitrescu statue?
I would not be willing to do something like that but, even if I was, I am fairly certain Capcom and Gecco would take issue with that being that it was produced specifically for a giveaway and doing so could result in unlicensed reproduction. Being that I have the literal only one in existence that is not to be given away it sold - I feel like it’d be pretty easy to find the source of that.
@@JeremyPryer Understandable since there wouldn't be a point on making a competition in the first place, funny thing when you told me thay Capcom or Gecco told you not to sell the figure and if you did you'll be in big trouble, my mind was blown away because i never thought that that would be possible to do because logically the figure belongs to you in the end and it won't be their worry anymore. And one more question, do you have any RE collection that is not Licensed? Like for example a statue or a Figure like the Lady D from Patriot Studio. Btw i did get the Lady D figure and i posted it just like your giveaway lol
@@e.ab0115 I have not got any unlicensed Lady Dimitrescu figures. I have ordered the Pure Arts one. As far as the contest goes, when you entered into it - the agreement involved was that said statue could not be sold, given away, or returned to Capcom.
@@hangzero160 I have no interest in ever selling it nor am I even actually allowed to per them rules of the contest that I won to obtain it. PureArts is making a publicly available (and larger) Dimitrescu statue, as well!
@@JeremyPryer YOU LUCKY DUCK!! 😂 Thankfully Capcom has given the GREEN LIGHT and allowed a Studio to make a 1/4 Scale Statue of Her. Unfortunately it’s Limited to 666 pieces…and…it’s over $1,000 Bucks!!! RIP WALLET 😂😂
