I don't like Mark's music so i hope her album isn't just a perfect illusion type. I really like the song but EVERYTHING like this would be a little bit boring since i prefer dance music with my Gaga
Im somewhat over people saying they are Gaga fans but basically just want Telephone Part 2 bc the end of video said 'to be continued..." But if Gaga made any of her albums (excluding The Fame) in the style/genre that the masses and corporate record companies wanted, she would not be the iconic and re inventive artist/songwriter that has made her legendary. I keep hearing people bashing on the new single and her new stripped down look (which is just more of an L.A. classic punk look.. As oppose to her more classic NYC punk look which is pretty much the same thing she is wearing in promotions for new single, just minus the studded/bedazzled jacket and McQueen heels. Seems like some Gaga fans would rather have her pull a Rihanna or Beyonce and just purchase a pre written song by Sia and be told what her new look will be by money hungry record company business men. Although she would slay a Sia written ballad, gotta give Gaga credit for always writing her own music and staying true to her artistry of rebirth, versatility, and reinvention. Especially during a time in music where no mainstream pop singers write any of their music anymore. This is why she has a whole new team and record company, bc the issues she had during ArtPop and her label not supporting the original theme of ArtPop album she wanted to create, prob why there is so many Unreleased artpop era songs. All of her albums had a mix of different producers and hybrids of different genres. She had songs like Brown Eyes, Speechless, Electric Chapel, The Queen, You & I which were not typical styles for her at the time.
honestly i feel like the only good about redone was the 2008-09 and that was it. im really glad theres new people. even diane warren althou i feel like TIHTY is boring(personal opnion) but if its produced by one of new team im sure the outcome is something on speechless level. dont get me wrong but i love redone but the latest with gaga was kind of a let down. and dj shadow aswell, he is no where near redone. never liked his work cus i feel like its way too over produced.
Honestly, this is going to sound weird but every song I can relate to a deep personal level with. Each song is special to me. It's like the beautiful colorful master piece that I have in my dark life. And for that the darkness is forever away. ARTPOP forever
