To answer your question, The formation lighting and stuff are actually Gaga fans. They all won a contest to come see her live. She rehearsed with them two days before her performance.

Love ur reaction. That shiny thingy on her eyes are actually have like sticker so it can be easily removed. I know it because i watch the monster ball tour dvd and she always remove that during her ballad piano performance. The audience holding the torch are part of the production and if im not mistaken also powered by intel like the drones star from the opening.

The lighting formations are all timed and choreographed! And a team of over 100 builders etc set up the stage in 7 minutes and take it all away in less than 4! :D
